“ When we were leaving the Yorkshire show on sunday our taxi came too early and left us there. A very good gentleman in the hotel when I phoned and told him what had happened he kindly rang the taxi service for us and another taxi came to collect us as we had to get to Airport ”

24 hour room service, location and bar was lovely room service guy was lovely and food was excellent shower was nit working in room complained was told it was fixed it wasn't on checking out girl on reception asked had it been sorted for us she responded with a complimentary breakfast which for this reason I would stay again

Clean tidy Hotel in centre of Harrogate. Only stayed one night but certainly very comfortable. Staff very helpful ad friendly. Rooms a bit warm.

Almost everything, especially the breakfast and the helpful and friendly attitude of the reception and catering staff. The bathroom sink plug; when closed it did not seal and when open it did not drain. The plug just dribbled. The lighting in the bathroom; the downlighters in front of the mirror illuminate the work surface very well, but not the mirror or ones face, so the light for shaving was inadequate, especially when the room was full of steam after a shower. The ventilator in the bathroom was commendably quiet but did not seem very effective.

The room was well appointed, comfortable and very clean, as were the towels and bedding. Food was excellent, service great. Great position in town, carparking ample Breakfast was overpriced but delicious. You had to PAY for WIFI! The mattress was really hard and despite having a pillow menu...the pillows were not very comfy

Staff were very polite and friendly. Room was clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. Perfect location close to all ammenities. Great nights sleep. Not really a dislike but the lifts where very temperamental. Made for great entertainment though lol Ceck in/out was a bit tiresome but mostly because there was only one member of staff doing everything.

excellent position, easy walking distance to town centre, lots of eating places nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful; easy parking at the hotel ,and not too expensive to leave the car there.Good breakfast .
