Hotel is in excellent position close to amenities,(we were at a concert in the auditorium which is adjacent to hotel) Excellent parking, Our high floor rooms gave fantastic panoramic views over Harrogate, Very good buffet breakfast. We stayed one night and although bit pricey, overall it was good. Reception staff seemed more concerned with their own ''efficiency'' than actually smiling and being welcoming' to us as visitors and they came across as too 'superior' and indifferent. Not a pleasant start. Plus all service staff used public lifts which meant long waits for residents. *But by contrast the breakfast room staff were very pleasant and helpful*. |

Breakfast was OK for self service buffet. Had to get key cards recoded 3 times and traipse up and down from 8th floor in 24 hours. Booked twin got double room. Kettle faulty. Did get a small reduction in price and extension to checking out time due to several problems so staff did listen to complaints and act on them. |

Location close the Harrogate International Conference Centre and main shops, underground car parking with lifts direct to reception. Good choice from a menu for evening meal. Good English breakfast. The male staff in the restaurant were scruffy, but were polite and attentive, the female restaurant staff were smart and very pleasant with smiley faces. |

Good car park, great central position next to concert venue (Harrogate International). Enjoyable breakfast and comfortable room. Nice view from 7th floor room, but windows dirty. Lifts were a nightmare - not easy to use. Directions to breakfast room a little vague. Nice tall waiter showed us to breakfast table but needs a new suit in the right size please. Long walk to get a coffee. |

comfortable, big room. I got room service and choose the angus beef burger...it wasnt freshly made, it was rubbery and lacked flavour. So on the food note was disappointed. |

The pleasant attitude of Staff both reception and catering, the convenience of the car park & lifts. Only the noise of the air extraction unit on my first night's stay on the East Side Executive room.I was moved to a quieter room for the remainder of our 5 day stay. |

Location good, clean and like the security with keys to operate the lift. I thought this was a very good idea. The car park was bright. Nothing disliked, all good |

Very nice rooms, very clean and great views of the town. At one point it took over 15 minutes to get from the car park to the reception on the ground floor due to lifts being far too small to accommodate all those wishing to use them and a lack of stairs. Double bed was in fact two singles pushed together with a double sheet spread over both - became quite uncomfortable and I had a tendency to slip down between them. |

I liked how close it was to the international centre as we were there for the gift fair. We orderd room service and not only was the order wrong but they were very slow in putting it right. The little table in our room was covered in dust and when we checked in even though there were 3 members of staff behind the desk only 1 knew what to do so again it was all very slow. |
