Premier Inn Harrogate Town Centre is located a 5-minute walk from the town's picturesque centre and offers a direct bridge-link to Harrogate International Centre. This hotel has a restaurant and bar.
Score from 138 reviews Excellent
The hotel was comfortable and in an excellent location - a few minutes from the town centre. Secure parking was very useful and is part of the hotel.
Whilst making the booking I made a request however this was not fulfilled. I appreciate that is not always possible to meet the special requests but it would've been helpful to have been informed of this.
Stuffy room, no A/C
simple, clear and friendly customer service without too much unnecessary fuss.
Holiday Inn car park bays were very narrow.
room was dirty and pokey, staff not very helpful
The affiliated gym facilities were exceptional.breakfast was extremely good.
The gym was not on site. The bed was very hard . pillows were uncomfortable.
Close to all bars and restaurants excellent location will stay again
Don't have any negatives
Lovely Hotel in an excellent town. Loved the Xmas decorations. Had afternoon tea in Bettys Tea room. Staff and the locals were very pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to going back next year.
Nice town. Lovely people.
Lovely view of harrogate, huge comfy bed, perfect location. Will definitely stay here again
Room was extremely spacious, location was fab, provides very good for money!
Comfortable and clean room with the biggest bed we have ever slept in! Staff were polite and friendly.
We did not realise the parking was going to cost extra at £7 for the night.
Location for convenience. Breakfast was very good value.
Nothing really was disliked except the expensive wine but that is the same in all hotels.
Whilst the bedrooms are clean and of a good size they are in need of an update General areas of the hotel not particularly clean and desperately in need of an update Reasonable location
Breakfast poor - everyone was complaining about the coffee if that is indeed what it was. The rest of the breakfast was made using poor quality ingredients. Watered down or at least very watery juices. Hotel is looking tired particularly corridors and communal areas - in need of some money being spent
Reception staff pleasant and helpful.
Light bulbs not working in the room and toilet not flushing well. Housekeeping clearly don't check this kind of thing. Disappointing.
Everything was fine
The breakfast was very tasty, a good size bedroom and bathroom.
The receptionist was very abrupt at first but became more helpful later that evening. The pillows were not to my liking. The parking costs were a bit high, for a over night stay.
Coolness of the room and noise from lifts in bedroom.
Location was excellent as we attended a concert at the HIC which is literally next door. Staff, without exception, were courteous and helpful, room was clean and comfortable.Would definitely stay again.
Room service finished at 11pm, with only certain items being available after that time, which is not a huge deal but was disappointing as we had been at a concert and wanted to eat in our room rather go to a restaurant, what we received was also not exactly as menu specified.
Location for \town Centre and good facilities
Although our visit was short we have nothing but praise for the hotel staff, facilities, location and will definitely stay here again.
Good location for visiting restaurants, shops etc. Rooms very clean and comfortable.
Car parking was quite awkward.
Excellent location for visiting Harrogate short walk from town center, parking underneath hotel all under cover.
Reception service was good and room was nice. Direct access to hotel from carpark. Room was nice and comfortable.
Room was nice and comfortable, although window didn't shut properly and there was quite a draft coming through. Bar was short staffed and expensive. I don't mind being charged nearly £10 for two drinks, but expect nice quality venue. Tables and furniture were worn and 'tired'. Had to brush food off seat and ask barman to wipe table down as there drinks rings/spills on the table. There was a collection of dirty dishes and glasses on the bar. If Holiday Inn want to charge top notch prices, they need to provide top notch facilities and service.
Location, price, room
Very corporate but to be expected at this hotel.
