Bed so comfy we're going to get the same mattress for home. Bathroom accessible and clean, tea & coffee, iron etc. in the room
Travel cot broken, but still useable.
Convenience of hotel, staff were very friendly, hotel very clean, food good in the bar. We ate out in the evening.
Bed was a little hard for me and the pillow too flat but I cannot sleep with two pillows.
No staff to serve drinks at night!
As I have said location, parking facility. rooms and staff were all superb. Breakfast was very good could not fault the place and will go again.
Closeness to centre, cleanliness, delicious breakfast, helpful staff especially in restaurant at breakfast.
Room we were in we could hear neighbours in early hours of morning and disturbed our sleep. Recommend guests request a quiet room if light sleepers.
Location. Friendly staff
Poor wifi- don't tell everybody it's working when it clearly isn't. I stood by reception desk and still couldn't get it. What is the reason for having a shaver point at nearly ceiling height.
The staff allowed us to change rooms without any fuss due to the high rise window.
Polite staff, nice room with modern TV. Polite staff.
A member of staff knocking on my room door on a Sunday morning saying he had reason to believe there was someone smoking in there. Neither me nor my wife smoke so I don't know why they thought we were. Not sure if the member of staff believed me. Tainted my view slightly of what otherwise would have been a brilliant weekend break at the Holiday Inn at Harrogate
Great location, close to all amenities. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Quality of shower and bed were very good.
The room was quite small
BREAKFAST WAS 1ST CLASS STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL
BED WAS A BIT ON THE HARD SIDE NOT AS COMFORTABLE AS PREMIER INN
location is excellant, lots of nice restaurants close by.
staff not overly friendly
Walking distance to town Good facilities
Rooms would benefit shower cubicle instead of bath
excellent service and comfortable room, very clean. Breakfast great choice. Will be staying again
prefer to to be on lower level as we were on floor 8 and pressure on shower was not very good.
Comfortable bed and very good breakfast
Having to pay to park my car
Location , cleanliness
Room was comfortable, Breakfast was good.
Standing outside twice(once late at night)
The room was clean.
The prices of menu and drinks.
room was spacious as most holiday inns are.
two single beds pushed together, lack of drink facilities after having stayed at many holiday inns i know how good the drinks selection usually is. dirty walls and carpet
Location and breakfast both fabulous!
The staff was very friendly and helpful, was nice and quiet for a good night sleep and great location 5 minutes from centre
Nothing was all excellent
Location great and value for money. Car parking very convenient
Breakfast time was a bit hectic as everyone came down at 9ish staff did what they could but there were still issues with lack of cups plates etc
Good breakfast,clean and comfortable rooms
Room was noisy. There was some kind of heavy duty fan running underneath which kept up until midnight and stated again at 6am. I always resent paying to park in a hotel car park.
Excellent breakfast but the bread was unhygienically left for people to handle and cut, which put us off somewhat
No mention of car parking fees at all before booking no mention of the fact that double rooms start on the 8th floor. We did not want to be up so high the lifts were unpredictable and time consuming getting around the hotel at checkout staff did not ask if everything was ok with our stay
The location was great. Great to have a secure car park. Breakfast was lovely but too hot to sit and relax someine needed to crack a window.
Attention to detail was deffinately not on the priority list. Hair in the bed, bits of tissue on the floor, some sort of brown bits on the toilet which i presume is feces and the shower was very slow and the bed was not comfy at all.
