location, cost, comfort levels
Location fabulous. Whole experience amazing
Everything! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Very clean and tidy, very quiet, staff excellent, service excellent, the bed was excellent, bathroom excellent. Don't know what else to say really, except that we will be returning as often as we can.
Reception team great, room very nice
Quality if breakfast and staff serving breakfast
The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel was in a brilliant location easy access into Nottingham City Centre and overall great place to stay. We will definitely be back.
Bathroom was good and clean
Could not get in car park no staff to open car park gate, bar staff met us at reception did not tell us anything about the hotel just gave us the keycard
Really nice environment. Good service by friendly and helpful staff. Location secluded yet only 2 minutes walk from town centre.
Location, comfortable bedroom, Sky Sports on television, convenient car parking.
breakfast bathroom we needed an iron and board and one arrived! We borrowed an umbrella from reception and had excellent directions to the town centre. Our car was brought to the front of the hotel to facilitate a speedy departure on our departure day.
there was nothing to fault
Bed squeaked every time you turned over. Beware of mini bar! Ours had the little whiskey bottles in fridge but 2 had been drunk and empty bottle back in fridge. At £5.50 per little bottle! I did not realise to day checking out and raised issue with reception but got the impression she thought we had drunk it and didn't want to pay!!! Me and my partner hate whiskey!! So please check mini bar on arrival to avoid what we went through!
I'm very particular about most things in life, but i dont have any negative comments about Hart's hotel at all. Amazing location, beautiful views, charming staff, spotlessly clean, elegant rooms. Perfect!
Clean Friendly Accommodating Great bar
The staff were very helpful: we were given excellent recommendations for our visit; were able to keep our luggage in the storage after checking out; and staff were genarally very pleasant. The room was clean and satisfactorily furnished. The location was good with easy walking distance to a very nice restaurant called 'Brown's', and another good Indian restaurant. You could walk to the castle easily also.
Location, view, quality
Lovely, comfortable, well equipped room and outside area to sit down and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Wonderful view over Notts.
Common areas and restaurant/ breakfast area too warm. Made it a tad uncomfortable as not everyone feels the cold or is 75+ years old. This is being very picky indeed but a salient point nevertheless.
Quiet location, easy access by car and on foot from City Centre. On site car parking. Attentive and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant, top notch food and excellent service.
Can't think of anything
Great location and got and upgrade to a garden room.
Breakfast was good but nothing special about it.
Harts were fantastic and so flexible, we had 3 rooms and a meal in the evening. They helped to make our Sons graduation very special Particular thanks to Klaudia
Nothing to dislike
the rooms are excellent
Very helpful and attentive staff throughout. Small double room but well appointed and spotlessly clean with good bathroom.
Expensive on the extras. £9.00 for overnight parking, £14.00 or cooked breakfast. The basic breakfast at £9.00 was dull despite the hype. Pricey Mini-bar. Good but not exceptional.
Lovely views. Very attentive staff. Some good design features.
(none of these points serious) Found it hard to locate initially- signage not obvious. Room very hot (no a/c)- we were changed to a cooler one without quibble. Room Keycard didn't operate barrier to car park.
Very quiet hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Will go back
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We had a problem while in the city (outside of the hotel) but the staff and manager really offered all the help and assistance possible. That aside, the hotel is lovely and in a great location.
Stayed in a suite which we got very cheaply. However if we had paid full price we would have been very disappointed. Old worn furniture. Quite small for a suite.
