What a lovely location.
Room could do with better lighting.
The wifi had to be renewed after 3 days and the individual wifi password
Staff were very helpful
Spa was closed for Christmas and Boxing Day. Also room was a little dark.
Liked the location
Although we had a castle view room it was small and dark. Hotel needs a complete refurbishment.
Location is superb. direct views of the castle and a short drive from Heathrow Service is excellent and the rooms clean and well furnished. Breakfast was superb.
Spa facilities & treatments Friendly Staff Delicious Breakfast View of Windsor Castle
Cobwebs on windows inside restaurant Confusion about which Car Park to go to
Great location - 2 minutes walk from railway station, opposite the castle and next to the shops, bars and restaurants. Our room was located on the third floor and had a great view of Windsor castle even though we did not pay extra for a room with a view.
You have to pay extra to use the spa at weekends.
We had booked a castle view room which did "view" the castle however as it was on the first floor we weren't able to keep the curtains open as the pedestrians across the road could all see straight into our room. Also as our room was above the entrance to the hotel and next to a staircase inside we hardly got any sleep. If your going to spend this kind of money, do yourself a favor and book a better hotel in a quieter location.

Location and breakfast.
Couldn't get a drink after 11:05pm!
Location was perfect for our planned day at Windsor Castle. Old building with character. Our deluxe room look straight out on The Castle. A bit expensive by normal standards. We ate at The Duchess of Cambridge which was perfect. A very short walk. Great food & service. Beer on tap & a good selection of wines.
Drainage in bathroom a problem. Needs new plumbing.
Special diet given great attention. Friendly staff.
No parking facilities. Or help towards parking.
Location excellent Breakfast very good.
No car park so had to park away from hotel not hotels fault. Noise'y floor boards.
The location is great and very convenient, staff are friendly efficient. Rooms very clean with basic facilities anyone could require.
Great location For castle Spa was nice Sauna steam & JACUZZI WERE LOVELY STAFF PRETTY FRIENDLY
Had to pay a one off fee of £15 To use sauna at weekend fri, sat & sun Spa closes at 6 sat & sun Room is very dark Not enough lighting
the location, staff and room
We had a suite overlooking Windsor Castle, with a small balcony. It provided excellebt photo opportunities, especially the lights and slide presentation projected on the one castle tower.
Parking was very expensive. The hotel suggested a metered lot that cost nearly $16 for 5 hours. Drive down to the train station to park at a more reasonable rate.
Bedrooms a little tired
location is great, staff were lovely and really helpful. beautiful views of the castle and plenty of restaurants close by.
toilet in the first room (409) did not work at all so we were moved to the next door room (410)...The toilet worked however it didnt 'fill-up' so it was as if a tap was running all night! very irritable but as we were on a busy schedule we just wanted to get our heads down without moving rooms a second time. No parking and the only one close by is extortionately priced. Probably wont be re-visting this hotel.
Location, price of room, room type
No parking so have to use the towns public spaces
Period rooms ,very comfortable and very friendly.
Location, friendliness of staff, attentive staff, standard of the room and quality of food
Helpful, friendly and understanding staff. Lovely room. Perfect location.
Would have been nice if the hotel had parking and a gym.
This was excellent value for the price we paid, bang in the centre of Windsor. We had a room facing Peascod Street with pleasant views, and high enough up to be quiet. The room was very large, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. The staff were helpful.
We came back to the room and the door was unlocked after cleaning, and the toilet paper wasn't replenished. The reception was very apologetic when we told them, but the same thing happened the next day too!
This is a great location as it is right in the centre of Windsor. Friendly and helpful staff.
