Absolutamente todo, con especial énfasis en la cordialidad y servicio hacia el pasajero, solucionandole todo. Es por eso que siempre volvemos a ese hotel.

My late check in was no problem.

Clean room, great view.

Expensive for what you get. No wash cloths, no ice, no mini bar in room. Vacuum cleaner left in hall way caused me to trip. Restaurant was expensive, poor slow service, no tonic for drinks. No hotel parking. Public parking was $45 for two days, rental car was struck in lot costing $450. Not a good experience at all.

The location of the hotel was brilliant. Near to all shops, restaurant and bars.

The staff upon arrival were very snooty. They made you feel like you weren't meant to be staying at the hotel. The cleanliness was appalling. There was urine stains down the outside of the toilet and what looked to be vomit stains up the wall. The room was dusty and looked very tired. There were red and brown staines on the throw on the bed, only 2 out of the 4 lights in the room worked, the iron had seen better days and leaked whilst trying to iron. The tea services hadn't been refilled and when reported to the reception were told someone would be up to refill it, no one arrived. Overall it wasn't a good experience staying in the hotel and we wont be staying again.

Large room ,central location,very nice restaurant,and breakfast in the morning,amazing view of castle room 220 is the best apperantly.

Initially dissapiontment with the first room not matching the description on website ie,small not bathroom/castle view as in the add,but after a talk with reception was moved to new room, you cant have the bathroom and the view one or the other it appears!!!.

Apart from a brochure about the spa facilities and dry cleaning services there wasn't any information on the area or what other services they offered. For example over the long weekend the room got quite hot and when i checked out the receptionist advised the heater is also an airconditioner. That info would have been helpful if they provided a information booklet on the room/hotel.

The location is amazing

we stayed in room 400 and the bed was really uncomfortable, it was as if the matteriss is too large for the base as you almost fell off the bed most of the night!

I really didn't like the mattress. It joined in the middle (two singles instead of a king size) and the quality of the mattress was not commensurate with the room. My husband couldn't, but I could feel the springs! For this reason, I wouldn't want to stay here again, which is a real shame, as I loved it. I would however recommend it, as I suspect having arthritis means my spine is more sensitive than most

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.

Noisy at night - not sure if it was other guests in the hotel or party goers outside in the street or both.

Wish I had tried the Spa.

Is a bit dated. Service for food was bad. Food wasn't great either.

The location is great but there are many other hotels that are just as close and probably would provide proper service. Windsor is quite a lovely area and definitely should be visited.

I upgraded my booking over a week in advance. I confirmed my upgrade a few days prior. When I arrived, my upgrade was not registered and they had no good options for a top floor, castle view. The room that I received was basic, I had no main light in the washroom or bedsides and there was no hairdryer in my room. A huge disappointment to put it lightly.

I and a friend stayed at The Harte & Garter on 19 March 2013 and were very disappointed with the level of service and the rooms we were allocated. We felt that the rooms we were given which were tucked away at the back of the hotel to be claustrophobic and felt like nothing more than cupboards. In room 202 there was no chest of drawers and frankly it was like being in a corridor. There was no toilet paper in room 203. Nor were there any complimentary water in either 202 or 203. We reserved a table in the restaurant for dinner, and had to send back to the kitchen both the starters and one of the main courses. The waiter did apologise but we were not offered a replacement or any recompense. The hotel also had no diet coke and the shelves and fridges in the bar seemed half empty. All in all it appeared to us that the hotel staffs were more interested in the conference room guests that private individuals staying at the hotel. The receptionists were indifferent, and we were not asked if we had an enjoyable stay when we checked out. Had we been we would have mentioned our disappointment. There were no “things to do in Windsor” leaflets at reception or in the entrance area, which meant we had to go to The Tourist Office for information. At £139 per room per night we really expected more from a four star hotel.

The room was cold . Couldn't shut the windows properly and were drafty . The lift did not work to go to the 4 th floor , where our room was . No drinking water in the room ( even the cheapest hotel do that ) most of the staff were rude , and unhelpful . The hotel obviously rely on location and not relying on people returning . But even the location had its problem s , with no where to park , even to unload luggage ! No , I won't return although I will return to Windsor .

Room ok standard, quite clean, good view

No shower gel provided. No light by full length mirror. Couldn't use heater as gave off awful smell. Thought there should be biscuits on tea tray. Duvet very thin with no extra provided.

Location is just great. I liked the restaurant and the breakfast too. There is a free WiFi with a good connection.

The rooms are really tight. Don't forget to take an adapter for your chargers and be aware of the traditional English sinks with two water taps.
