Staff very friendly, clean rooms, food edible. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely reccommend
Location of hotel and food choices OK
Room needs freshening up a bit dated
Price, ease of check in and facilities.
Bed was creaky, rooms are not sound proof.
Price. Locality. Service
fan available as well as heater
window catch was broken so couldn't shut window properly, light fitting above the mirror in bathroom was broken,
Breakfast could have been a little bigger.
very dark, and in desperate need of refurbishment.
comfortable beds good tv nice bath excellent breakfast provision of decaf coffee friendly staff especially helping with the wifi good choice of menu nicely situated near station and town centre and transport.
could not close top window which made the room a bit draughty that's all
Restaurant - food was good Free wi-fi - good connection Bed was comfortable
Walls were pretty thin so it was quite noisy Only offered tea or coffee in room Bathroom was on the small side
A shaver point would have been helpful for husband in the morning, as had not thought to pack an adapter or perhaps one could be provided.
Good value and good service pleasant staff
location of hotel was ideal for my requirements
room position was not good being next to a busy road and traffic lights, so had to close the window which caused the room to be hot.
Location convenient for Chorley centre and access to motorways. Pub right nextdoor for value for money meals.Room had everything we needed for our stay.
Staff were very accomodating and their level of service was excellent considering the obvious lack of money not spent on the hotel. Parking was good.
60's decor you have to be joking. Room size, minute not enough room to swing a cat. Rooms not sound proofed so all day and night the sirens boomed into my room
Breakfast and meals were at the hotel so for short stays is adequate. Location is good as a hub to reach Manchester, Blackpool and Liverpool
Location in regards to traffic noise. Name incomplete. Insufficient information to indicate that it was next to the Hartwood Hotel where the reception is to check in. The accommodation name was on a small sign which you could not see from the road due to size and hidden by trees. It is situated on a busy roundabout so clear instructions are imperative. There is no fan in the room so can't close window to try and keep noise out.
Close to busy road with traffic all night. Too hot not to open windows.
No fruit at breakfast
A good sized room, clean and comfortable. A large car park and a pleasant bar/restaurant.
The position of the hotel on the double roundabouts.
Convenient location for Chorley/A6/motorway--but suprisingly quiet. Breakfast was vey reasonably priced and very good. Pleasant helpful staff.
The central heating was noisy very noticeable at night. Important safety point--bathroom taps need a re-think--hard to avoid getting drenched with very hot water until you get the hang of them--they were either off or full on.
The rooms are well equipted and very comfortable!
Convienient location And value for money
the shower did not drain properly and caused the floor to be wet. No milk supplied so unable to make tea or coffee.Poor toilet paper. The room was of a poor standard and lots of noise adjacent to the room.
Reasonably priced. Clean. comfortable bed. Very helpful staff.
No glasses in bathroom. No toiletries. No spare blanket.
We could check in until 11pm. Big bed.
Cleaners had forgotten to hoover floor and it was quite dirty. Upon us commenting about it we received a 4£ discount of our 54£ bill, which I find too little. Very thin walls and some mould on ceiling in bathroom. Bathroom fan wouldn't turn off completely and was noisy.
room smelt a bit damp ,small shower , nowhere to put you bits (shampoo, shower gel ) only on the bottom of shower. bed very hard couldn't have stayed their more than a couple of nights
Not enough tea or coffee
Not much to be honest, booked thinking it was another hotel I had seen :(
Smelt old and musty. My husband could hardly move in the shower and it had rust and mould in it. Very old and date place.
