the shower did not drain properly and caused the floor to be wet. No milk supplied so unable to make tea or coffee.Poor toilet paper. The room was of a poor standard and lots of noise adjacent to the room.
Reasonably priced. Clean. comfortable bed. Very helpful staff.
No glasses in bathroom. No toiletries. No spare blanket.
room smelt a bit damp ,small shower , nowhere to put you bits (shampoo, shower gel ) only on the bottom of shower. bed very hard couldn't have stayed their more than a couple of nights
Not enough tea or coffee
good prices in the pub !!
Roadworks, but can hardly blame hotel for that !
Clean and comfortable
Easy access. Quiet, away from pub, good pub menu. Very comfortable bed.
Needs refurbishing, warm room, ensuite door hit wc seat, needs rectifing but how?
Good location pleasent surroundings good food at hartwood
Evening Meal choice and quality was very good. Staff were first class and very helpful. Breakfast was good.
Disturbed sleep due to proximity of a major road and other guests moving about late at night
room too hot no air con and window only opened a couple of inches not good on a warm day
I stayed with my parents on a driving holiday in England. I had a single room and my parents a double. Both rooms roomy, clean and had all you needed. Staff were amazing - really amazing. Helpful, smiling, professional at all times - no question or request was too much. They really deserve credit!
Wifi was a little tricky, but it worked out in the end. The accommodation house didn't actually have the name Hartwood Hall on it, so we struggled to find it (had to phone).
Very comfortable....prompt service....good food with good choices
Good location and kind staffs.
Excellent service allowed us to book in early very clean
Lcation was good and the price for a double room.
A couple of biscuits would have been nice and some shower gel....couldn't find any.
it was ok for an overnight stay
Nice clean rooms. close to pub for an evening meal. All day breakfast is really good value for money
Bit of a magic roundabout to get access from chorley direction
Like it all from booking in to leaving. .
Reception in pub/restaurant
Room was great. Good size - had everything you needed. Service was execellent - friendly staff.
The cockerel waking me up very early! It was a little tricky to find staff early in the morning to check out. Food should be served a bit later too (think about those travelling around etc who can only get to hotel late on may need some food too!)
Good service from staff. Noticed nice new toilet in bathroom.
Would have preferred a bigger bed in the single room , and a room downstairs due to it being awkward using stairs with my osteoarthritis
Ample parking, the ease and friendliness of the check in.
Having to leave.
Value for money.
A bit tired but perfectly acceptable for the price.
Rooms are comfortable and excellent value for money, obviously for the price your not expecting first class accommodation but for an overnight its great have been a couple of times.staff very friendly rooms are in a separate block to the pub so no noise from that
