Castle Campbell is a small, comfy hotel serving good food. It was built as a coaching inn in 1822, and has a friendly atmosphere, helpful staff and charming en suite rooms.

Comfort, location, nice staff, but I was there for break, so didn't plan on doing much while there.
The WiFi problems could have been my IPad, but only worked in Lobby most times. Breakfast TERRIFIC, but sausage not as pork flavoured (filler?).
Nice clean room, friendly welcome and decent food in restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Good for visiting Stirling and area and it's many sights.
Wonderful location and setting, relaxed atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff and great breakfasts
A lovely position at the foot of the Ocle hills. Lots to see in the area, Stirling Castle, the Kelpies, the Falkirk wheel and much more. Good food plus clean and comfortable room. What more can you ask?
Helpfull and freindly staff, a nice and quiet location, the room was nice and clean. The food was also very good
Reception area/lounge bar/restaurant all in the same room making the bar area cramped.
EVERYTHING.....your stay here will be excellent.....end of.....Thanks Elizabeth
Comfort of room and location.
Trying to open the fire door when I got in after 10.30/11.00 p.m.
The food was very nice
No TV in the bar and the sofas in the bar were very old.
The whole package, friendly staff, great food, clean and comfortable room
Friendly, helpful staff, freshly cooked breakfasts, dinner was a delight, with a varied menu from which to choose. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Bathroom was well equipped.
The wifi system was dreadful, except in one tiny area close to Reception. It was absolutely impossible to use in our room.
The breakfast was good
No atmosphere. Staff mediocre.
Amazing location with the Ochil hills as a back drop and beautiful kept grounds. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and best of all having a shower in the softest water in the world(Highland Spring) feels like velvet!
For such an amazing hotel they could do themselves more justice by improving the quality of their food and menu.
Relaxing atmosphere Location fabulous Rooms are great value
plenty of parking
calls itself a country hotel its a pub restaraunt with six rooms
Staff were friendly and very accomodating even for short notice meal request. Breakfast was plentiful and we weren't rushed out even though we were the last in the dining room.
Comfortable hotel; great staff & food; excellent value
A great hotel with very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Our room was comfortable, clean, spacious and had good tea and coffee facilities (the biscuits were very nice too!). I stayed here with my mother whilst we were in scotland for a family funeral and we will without doubt stay here again next time we are up visiting family.
