Liked just about everything. Clean and comfortable plenty of space for us the baby and all of her stuff parked right outside the door so not far to carry stuff and car safe as well.
Quiet location but close to Leamington and Warwick. Room was comfortable and very clean.Good ensuite facilities.Fantastic breakfast.
We liked the location, rural and quiet with a friendly host and people we met at the local pub, the Falcon where we enjoyed a sumptuous meal. we walked over a field to get there in daylight however as it darkened we picked our way back in the dark, bring a torch next time! The host, Jane, had heated the tiled floor in the bathroom to add extra cosiness to the shower room, a nice addition.
We like everything except the bed was a little hard.
Very helpful owner who provided lots of info on local places of interest, directions, etc. excellent selection for breakfast.
Nothing of any significance
Closeness to motorway Breakfast Quietness Local pub short distance away serving great food. Friendly welcome
Mattress bit too hard for our liking
Location and welcoming staff
Walls a bit thin
Very friendly and helpful staff!
Very convenient location and a great welcome.Local pub at Hatton provided a very good meal
Easy parking, no charges, good pubs and eating places in walking distance
Rain at time of stay !
Just a perfect place for a one night stay in the Warwick area. Very warm welcome; everything we needed was provided; very good choice of breakfast and excellent value all round. We will stay again.
This is a lovely motel. It was clean and warm. The bathrooms are small but have recently been renovated. This is not a fancy little inn however for the price, it is a good value. The best part of this is the owner. She was very helpful and we enjoyed our breakfast with her. We didn't do the traditional English but had a lovely continental breakfast.
The beds are doubles and they are not the most comfortable that I have ever slept on. The mattress was quite thin. Also, this is not a bed and breakfast- there is an additional cost for breakfast in the morning.
Everything for our visit was perfect. Location great for dog walks, two excellent restaurant's very close. The breakfast was first class. Parked the car right outside the door to our room, clean and tidy. Jane was a perfect host. We will be back for a longer stay.
- Friendly and helpful - Good breakfast - Relaxed atmosphere
Underfloor heating in en-suite much appreciated. Close to many places of interest and eating establishments close by. Would use again if in that area.
Short walk from a local pub that serves great beer and good food. 15 minutes from the NEC through the back roads so little risk of traffic. Nice people good price.
Room was fit for purpose overnight stay.Great breakfast.Knowledge of staff about the area
if anything bed a bit hard, but did not spoil my stay
The friendly welcome and the helpful info during our short stay.
Had a really nice stay and the room was very comfortable. I had the best nights sleep in a long time!
Nothing at all
Cosy, clean, just felt right. Close to Warwick, A46 and M40. Great value when compared to other places I have stayed
The bedroom and the breakfast was excellent
Cleanliness Friendliness of Jane (owner) Location (need car) - some great pubs nearby...
Very friendly staff, comfy & very clean room will definitely recommend to friends family & anyone
The hostess made us very welcome, with a comfy warm room, very clean, so much that I was frightened to touch anything and the breakfast was one of the best I have had. Cooked or continental or both
