Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The marble-topped bar area is set within the back of the lounge and is fully stocked with a wide selection of local wines, champagnes, soft drinks and spirits. The lounge features a wide-screen TV, a great selection of DVDs and a full music system.
We would also be happy to prepare a few bar snacks should you wish to invite friends to join you for drinks. Please just let us know in the morning and we’ll make sure you are comfortable and well looked after.

The service was impeccable, the owners were so welcoming and would go out of their way to help you. The rooms were elegantly decorated and of a very high cleaning standard. The breakfast was also superb. If people are going to Hastings for any reason I would say they would not get a better place to stay than at Hastings House |

Our room was extremely comfortable and the services provided by the hotel owners was always outstanding. The hotel had a real home like feel to it and the owners emphasised this by making us feel very welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was always a lovely start to the day. |

The standard of fixtures and fittings is extremely high. The owners were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was excellent. It is really a B&B, not a hotel. The people who run it are very nice and very accommodating, but there isn't 24 hour reception or room service, which you might expect for the price. The location is both good (right on the beach) and not so good (quite a walk from central Hastings). |

Owner was lovely - could not do enough to help. Really stylish decor, lovely ambiance. Opposite nicely kept park, only yards from seafront and within short walking distance of Hastings town centre - pleasant walk along seafront. Good choice of breakfast, freshly prepared, and newspapers provided to read. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. |

Very friendly and welcoming hosts and good location Parking is a real issue and this should be addressed. When on a weekeend break we like to relax and not use the car. Parking is free for two hours only and therfore you have to go out in the car. Owners should look at a permit for hotel guests. In interest of town as a whole |

It was a really great place to stay, the breakfast was one of the best that I have had, everything about Hasting House was great, Tht only problem now is that more people may want to stay and they would not be able to fit me in. |

Excellent service. Great English breakfast. Every detail was taken into account. Very neat and clean. Personalized attention. Good location, close to the rail station and to most attractions through a very nice walking path along the sea front. Beautiful decorated bedroom, although a little small. (Bedroom 2). Check out time a little early, at 11:00 am weekends and 10:00 am week days. |

The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly, our bedroom (room 3) had a beautiful sea view and was decorated to an exemplary standard and the breakfast was delicious.Also the location was ideal: only a 20 minute walk to Hastings Old Town but St Leonards is a quieter and cleaner area than Hastings itself. |

Excellent breakfast-especially the sausages ! Having stayed in many hotels, this is not really a hotel but a very up market bed and breakfast .The hotel is right on a main road and does suffer from traffic noise.Web site did not mention there is no dedicated parking for the hotel, two hour only slots opposite,this means leaving the car several streets away-at peak times and walking back. |
