When we first arrived the staff were very friendly . The maids who tended the rooms were efficient and kept our room tidy
Going down to breakfast of 2nd day and being told our name was not on list and asked were we room only guests after standing about for a couple of minutes we were allowed to go for breakfast . I WAS EXTREMELY EMBARESSED One of the cups in the room was cracked
The hotel was very nice to stay at
They charged me a lot more per night than the rate I thought I was getting via Booking.com......I only realised when I got home recently and checked the paperwork. I booked online for 4 night room only @ £170, got charged 4 night room only @ £264. I trusted them to get it right, and they got it wrong.
Staff were fantastic and the hotel is in a lovely location. Very convenient for Londonderry - but far enough out to be quiet. Super comfy beds!
Too hot - the windows only open an inch or so - and it was the middle of a heatwave - but I think that's a rare event so wouldn't normally be an issue.
Lovely large suite and restaurant
Bathroom in suite was for a disabled person and water spilt everywhere.
Staff were very attentive and bedroom was excellent
Everything was fantastic, staff were great, food was gorgeous. We had a wonderful time at Everglades. Say a big thanks to Katie at Reception and Finn in the bar they were so helpful and Pleasant
I thought the staff at the hotel were amazing they were very warm and welcoming. Even though they were in the process of doing the hotel up they made the welcome area look really nice. The bed was amazing..... loved it.
The bathroom was a very standard bathroom which looked quite tired. The sink was blocking. Generally we don't pay so much for a hotel so when we went for a treat we expected it to be amazing. The morning sun was coming in under the black out curtains which were about an inch too short. For the price of the room it could have done with an update.
everything from the friendly reception and the comfortable room and the excelent bar
If you like the idea of sleeping on the hard shoulder of a motorway then this is your hotel. Extremely noisy, no double glazing and the hotel is very very tired. Not 4 star.
All staff seemed dedicated to their profession. Great food and very relaxing.
No complaints to speak of. No wifi upstairs, I didn't question it, maybe that's why we could unwind easily
Staff were wonderful. Although just a few days after fire bomb everything about our stay was wonderful from checking in to checking out. We want to pay a particular compliment to Mairead who served us in the restaurant - she's a real asset to the hotel.
Comfortable rooms. Convenient to work location. Friendly staff. Good service.
Expensive wifi in rooms. No pool/gym (that I saw)
rooms spacious, comfortable beds, bar service excellent and very friendly staff
Helpful staff and good atmosphere
No free WiFi or drinking water in the rooms. It was difficult to work when the available WiFi was only in the public areas of the hotel.
Perfect place to stay while visiting Derry with a car.
Hotel was beautiful very clean and comfortable also staff were very friendly and welcoming.
I didn't like the fact that breakfast was an extra £15 per person per night which I didn't get as I thought it was far too expensive.
Beds large and really comfortable - shower was great.
very relaxing, nice atmosphere, 5 min taxi journey to city centre.
Staff were friendly and the dinner was nice
No wifi in room, a charge of nine pounds an hour if you wanted the privilege of wifi. All hotels offer complementary wifi these days and we were not impressed by this hotels consideration for guests. Also the food and drink are too expensive, 7 pounds for a glass of wine is excessive. I would not recommend this hotel for both of those reasons.
Iv never had such a good sleep in my life, I wanted to take the bed home with me!
Large comfortable room Friendly staff
No bar food or snacks available
Great staff,lovely food
The hotel was really nice and clean and the food was delicious.the rooms were lovely and Big.
The drinks at the bar were so expensive.
Friendly and efficient staff. Large and very comfortable room.
