the hotel staff were very accommodating and provided an excellence service. the facilities provided were also extremely satifactory. our bedroom was very clean however we noticed that our shower in the ensuite bathroom had not been cleaned down properly and there was a hair left in the pile of towels. |

The hotel is ideally situated to explore the City of Derry as well as other visitor attractions in both Northern Ireland (Guiants Causeway/Bushmills/Portstewart/Portrush) and the Republic. The staff are very, very friendly and I heartily suggest this hotel is considered if you are looking for affordable luxury. The rooms are excellent and if you want a monster breakfast............ !! Full Marks to James and his team, a superbly run hotel, that is why we stayed for another night. No sweetners at breakfast (for diabetics) |

Plenty of space and also some quiet corners for meeting privacy.Excellent food and service and very comfortable rooms. Probably a bit noisy in the dining room when bus parties were around |

Front desk and foyer staff were superb.Lounge entertainment was amonst best ever experienced. Fortunately there was a "special" dinner for 2 offer -otherwise regular food prices were excessive |

Lovely hotel , spacious room, excellent dinner and enjoyable entertainment. Entertainment finished at 10pm, a little early for holiday time. I would recommend the hotel but not Derry city as a destination. |

The location in terms of how close it is to the city centre How close it is to the road, there is constant road noise even with the windows shut tight, also the breakfast wasn't great |
