I thought the room was very comfortable and spacious and the flat screen tv a bonus maybe because I don't have a tv myself. Even though there was a party night the reception was quiet and the party was confined to the grand Ballroom and it was easy to have a quiet drink in the hotel bar. Very convenient if you travel from the south/ Republic of Ireland and you can pay by Lazer rather than credit card. All in all I would go back. Only the location I would like not to have to drive once I get to a city but I was aware of the location when I booked. |

We stayed at a busy time of the year yet the staff where very prompt and helpfull. They ordered us taxis to and from the town, and where happy to bring drinks to order down to the bedroom. I think that the prices of drink and food where a bit over-priced. Also, I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price, as it was a high room rate for the area. |

I was very impressed with the friendliness & efficieency of the staff. we did not have a remote control for the TV in our room but it arrived within 5 minutes of informing reception. I liked the open lounge & bar area that were very homely & relaxing with excellent decor & funishings as well as open fires.Bar food was reasonably priced & of very good quality. The breakfast buffet was very good. There ia ample parking at the hotel 7 it was very tranquil at night although only 5 mins by car from the city centre. We were very impressed & will definitely return to the Hastings Everglades Hotel. Highly recommended for business or pleasure. Also very children friendly. |

The room was a good size and comfortable with a well-appointed bathroom. Food in the restaurant was very good, though expensive. Staff were very variable. Some were friendly and helpful; others, particularly the younger ones, were inattentive, some to the point of rudeness. In addition, the hotel was very near a main road and there was considerable road noise. |

The staff were unusually friendly and helpful - especially on reception. The superior rooms were spacious with large and comfortable beds. The bar and lounge area were relaxing. It was good to be in quiet area and close to countryside but only 5 mins by car into the centre of Derry. Taxis only cost £3.50 into town if you didn't want to drive. It didn't matter once you were inside, but the external architecture of building was resoundingly unattractive. A shame there is no pool. We had a good deal for room prices, but the bar is over-priced. |

The staff at the reception were excellent and accomodating in allowing an early check in. Food was excellent. For the price of the hotel, I would consider it one of the best experiences I have had in several years. |

The rates were reasonable, and it was very quiet, in spite of a wedding and the near-by road. I was very disappointed to find there was no bath, only a shower. This was stated nowhere in the information I received. |

The room was great; the beds were huge! Everything was very clean. Reception staff were helpful over mix-up about bill. 1. When we arrived, at 2.30pm (with an hour to get washed, dressed and travel to a wedding on the other side of the city) the room was not ready.2. Upon checkout, the hotel computer showed that we had not paid for our room - however receptionist was v pleasant and sorted it out. |

Great location. Close to Derry city walls and all the sites but not too close. Walking there only took 15 - 20 minutes with great views of the Foyle. Great rooms clean and comfortable. Great location for tours of Antrim Coast and the Innisowen Peninsula in Donegal. Ideal location. Will be back soon with the family The heating system works a little too well in the room. Road noise from traffic on the Victoria road was a little loud during rush hours. |

The hotel is ideally situated to explore the City of Derry as well as other visitor attractions in both Northern Ireland (Guiants Causeway/Bushmills/Portstewart/Portrush) and the Republic. The staff are very, very friendly and I heartily suggest this hotel is considered if you are looking for affordable luxury. The rooms are excellent and if you want a monster breakfast............ !! Full Marks to James and his team, a superbly run hotel, that is why we stayed for another night. No sweetners at breakfast (for diabetics) |

This stylish, award-winning 4-star establishment is the only hotel located within the historic city walls, occupying a unique central location just off the Diamond. |
Ramada Da Vinci's Hotel is conveniently situated less than a mile from Derry city centre and close to all major routes in and out of the city. |
