We only stayed one night in Hatters Hotel but the location was perfect for Liverpool City Centre. The room was 10 out of 10 clean. We had a private room with en-suite so it was perfect. Maybe the breakfast could have been a bit more substantial, it was only toast or cereals. The seemed to have a big kitchen but nothing happening in it!!! I mean you dont have to serve a full english but maybe just one hot food would have been nice. |

the staffs are very friendly, and the fact that 11pm you need to prove your identity to get into the hostel added more security to my stay. initially they gave me a room which wasnt made-up yet. however, they were quick and friendly and gave me a new room immediately. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I posed to them. The environment of Hatters was always busteling and friendly with varying groups of interesting people moving through. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 day stay there and found it to be exactly what I required. I would most definately stay there again. |

The room was clean and of a very good standard for a hostel, also a good location for a night time out in the city. It was noisy throughout the early hours with some guests wanting a party! But nothing that wasn't expected so didn't bother us much. |

The room was clean with basic facilities. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Good value for money. No noise at night as reported by other patrons although I think that was because we outpartied the younger ones and did not get in until gone 3 am. Fabulous building from the outside. Water coming in through the windows puddled on the windowsills and bathroom floor. Green light on the ceiling was on all night - what was that about? Bread for toast and jam was obviously chosen for cheapness. Couldn't cope with that again. Would only recommend if the basis for booking was a cheap bed for the night. |

Fantastic location, clean, basic accomodation suitable for 1/2 night stays in the city - a bit like a hotel mixed with university halls!! Staff very friendly, rooms a lot more modern than I expected, very clean. 5 mins walk from city centre. Not a thing - perfect for our one night stay to see Eddie Izzard at the Echo Arena. |

I enjoyed this hotel very much! We had an amazing view from our 4th floor over the Liverpool - to Radion City tower, Royal Liver building! We arrived in the evening and left early morning - therefore I was empressed about city light in the night. Beutifull! Actually I think this hotel has one of the best views over the city! There was TV in the room without remote control but we managed with the buttons on the back of it. There was bath room with soap and shower gel from dispensers. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was included but we did not get it as were leaving early, but there was fantactic kitchen where some people were preparing aromatic dinners.. I wish I could do that! :)) Anyway you can get there free tea/coffee anytime! Super! As other people have noticed it's quite easy to hear what happens in the corridors or at the neighbours if their are load, but I had with me my earplugs and had my own eye-blinds (against that silly green light which is burning thoughout the night - proabably for my own safety!). Therefore I was not disturb by anything. I think this this place is real value for money! Really, but take your blinds and earplugs with you! |

the wording about the hotel is very misleading, it states that all dormitory style rooms are en-suite, but this was not the case when we arrived. we had 1 room that slept 5 people with a shared communal bathroom between 2 or more rooms. i was very disappointed with hatters and will not be staying there again or recommending it to anyone. |

Even though the rooms were small, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was a good size and it was great value for money. |
