Lovely hotel, very clean and tastfully decorated, and a really good breakfast. There is an indian restaurant and a good wetherspoon quite close. We would definatly go again in the summer.
I think we chose the wrong time of year to go to Blackpool, there wasn't a lot going on.
Very nice people and immaculate inside
Lovely couple , excellent room n really clean , excellent value
The bed The room Freezing
Would defo recommend the haven . There was nothing i could fault . From paul and myrddin
Rooms very spacious food was really good service very good really enjoyed our stay
Very friendly staff, clean, smells nice and quite.
Most of the time We stayed the room was not warm enough same with the water which made our stay uncomfortable. The short 45mins window for breakfast isn't ideal for young travellers. I also didn't like the no take away to be brought into the b&b rule, so if you feel hungry in the middle of the night you have to go out and eat rather than order a delivery.
Very nice guest house, friendly, clean, excellent breakfast, and i thought very reasonable, would definitely stay there again, if travelling to Blackpool again! Well done Haven Hotel
Very clean Friendly staff location Great breakfast
Very friendly welcoming owner. Warm comfortable room and lovely breakfast. Area was very quiet but seconds walk onto the promenade with quick and easy access to all areas. Secure parking was also a plus.
Mitchell and Nicki Were really fabulous and helped us in with our luggage etc. Gave us a car parking space which was on the street outside the Hotel. I had booked 2 rooms a room for 5 and a single. I had not realised when booking that the age range was up to 16 and my daughter was 16 already.Mitch was really good he explained and I understood. It would of been an extra £10.00 a night but he knew I had not realised and so let us off. I will know next time. The Hotel is very welcoming and kept in very good condition. Cleanliness excellent. Breakfast super buffet style and well presented. On an eve you can get a drink and again both Mitch and Nicki Were both there and you could enjoy a friendly chat.
Well it seems a small niggle but I love coffee and the coffee with breakfast was not in comparison to the excellent breakfast food on offer. I know a small niggle.
We enjoyed our stay at the Haven and would stay again ...thanks :)
Mitchell and Nicky were great hosts, very attentive, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, buffet style was ideal for our 4yr old. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again
Clean. Great breakfast. Good Location
Twin Room Was a bit small for two people. That said we were only in it to sleep.
Mitchell & nicky couldn't do enough for us.a charming couple who knew how to run a great business.we were there for a weekend and really enjoyed everything .the food was great very attentive staff , it was a quiet hotel as they don't allow stag/hen parties.the hotel was decorated to a high standard and so clean .Mitchell & nicky work so hard and you can see that in there establishment.
Not something I didn't like , the rooms were a little to warm for me so had to turn the heating off and open the windows just my preference and easily solved.
Friendly couple, would recommend this bed and breakfast to family and friends, would definitely stay again. ....
Pillows were a bit hard.
You get what you pay for ( Bed & Breakfast) but you also get a lot more from the very friendly and helpful hosts. Help with anything is on hand day or night, cleanliness will not be bettered the whole place is spotless and a real joy to see compared to most. Breakfast is a help yourself buffet, lots of it and its hot and topped up frequently. We stayed two nights, but will definitely be returning.
Absolutely nothing to dislike about the place!
Breakfast was very good on a self service buffet style, tables allocated to your room number. Frendly staff and very good location just off the promenade. Our room (No3) was well furnished and clean. I would definitely stay again.
Some late night revellers in the street woke us up, but this is not a reflection on the hotel who only except families and couples (thank goodness)!
Location of hotel was central and easy walking distance to all attractions, breakfast great, owners friendly and accommodating, clean in all areas.
We all loved the hotel, the people, the location, the breakfast.. We had a great time time. Excellent value for money

It was lovely and clean. Nikki and Mitch were really welcoming and nothing was a bother to them. Breakfast was buffet style which pleased my husband. The kids had there own interconnecting room. Will definitely be our regular hotel from now on
