Mitchell and Nicky were great hosts, very attentive, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, buffet style was ideal for our 4yr old. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again
Clean. Great breakfast. Good Location
Twin Room Was a bit small for two people. That said we were only in it to sleep.
Mitchell & nicky couldn't do enough for us.a charming couple who knew how to run a great business.we were there for a weekend and really enjoyed everything .the food was great very attentive staff , it was a quiet hotel as they don't allow stag/hen parties.the hotel was decorated to a high standard and so clean .Mitchell & nicky work so hard and you can see that in there establishment.
Not something I didn't like , the rooms were a little to warm for me so had to turn the heating off and open the windows just my preference and easily solved.
Friendly couple, would recommend this bed and breakfast to family and friends, would definitely stay again. ....
Pillows were a bit hard.
You get what you pay for ( Bed & Breakfast) but you also get a lot more from the very friendly and helpful hosts. Help with anything is on hand day or night, cleanliness will not be bettered the whole place is spotless and a real joy to see compared to most. Breakfast is a help yourself buffet, lots of it and its hot and topped up frequently. We stayed two nights, but will definitely be returning.
Absolutely nothing to dislike about the place!
Breakfast was very good on a self service buffet style, tables allocated to your room number. Frendly staff and very good location just off the promenade. Our room (No3) was well furnished and clean. I would definitely stay again.
Some late night revellers in the street woke us up, but this is not a reflection on the hotel who only except families and couples (thank goodness)!
Location of hotel was central and easy walking distance to all attractions, breakfast great, owners friendly and accommodating, clean in all areas.
We all loved the hotel, the people, the location, the breakfast.. We had a great time time. Excellent value for money
There was nothing we did not like
i liked everything the hotel was very quite very clean and comfortable i would certainly go back and the people that run it were very nice and helpful
there is nothing that i didnt like
It was lovely and clean. Nikki and Mitch were really welcoming and nothing was a bother to them. Breakfast was buffet style which pleased my husband. The kids had there own interconnecting room. Will definitely be our regular hotel from now on
There wasn't anything not to like
First class accommodation with excellent hosts.Good size rooms with a good en- suite shower.Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice.Would def return to the Haven in the future. Robert,Scotland
Fantastic all round, will definitely be stopping again
Everything was spotless, the breakfast was spot on and the staff were very friendly.
Didn't like the 45 minute window we were given for breakfast
At the haven hotel the staff we friendly and couldn't do enough for you during the day. Breakfast was great, the room was clean and beds were made every day and towels were changed daily when required. Great positioned hotel for all sight seeing, Stanley park is a must view too. Good value for money if you want to stay in blackpool.
The Room for a family of 4 for a 1 week stay was extremely cramped with just 1 built in cupboard (No chest of drawers) so lived out of our suitcases! Staff friendly during the day but when it came to having a few drinks in the evening we felt a little uncomfortable.the owners would be watching the tv and there would be no good vibe about the bar area, felt a bit like we were keeping them awake or interrupting their tv time. Also we did not like the fact that we could not eat in the room. maybe the dinning area should be open for families to bring back takeaways at lunch or dinner times. Bar prices a bit steep for just cans and bottled drinks you can buy allot more for your money from the tesco just around the corner.
I booked this hotel for my self three foster children and my two grandchildren it was in the Middl of the tower & Pleasure beach so ideally placed . All the staff very frendly and helpful . Help your self to breakfast so you can have as much or as little as you like . It all was fresh and very good I would go back and stop again :)
liked the secure parking and host very polite and helpful.would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
We were greeted by Mich and Nicky with a friendly, warm welcome. The Haven is clean and comfortably and perfectly situated between the tower and the pleasure beach, but away from the noise. A very tasty full English breakfast, with toast, cereal, fruit juice and a choice of tea or coffee. A well stocked bar downstairs, this is a nice cosy place to sit in the evening. There is a tv, pool table, jukebox, and gaming machines. A lovely, welcoming, family friendly guest house.
Lovely Welcome Nice Clean Room Good Location Nice Breakfast

Mitchell could not do enough for you. Excellent breakfast and clean throughout.
Very friendly staff Excellent location Yummy breakfast with lots of choice Changed towels and added extra tea/coffee supplies Spacious room Very clean
Centrally located, warm welcome from owners and staff, immaculately clean throughout, great breakfast and well stocked bar!
Negative points so small, not worth mentioning!
Good breakfast in the morning, beds made every day which was good, hotel well maintained and Mitch and Nic good company to chat to in the bar
Lack of parking spaces, but this is a common problem all over Blackpool
