Hawkes Hotel

Lovely family run hotel close to the pleasure beach and promenade, breakfast cooked fresh each morning, will definitely return next time were in blackpool :)

Paul made us very welcome and was very helpful on advising us were to eat out and were to find secure car parking. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and modern. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable experience!

I really appreciated that the owners made us a hot breakfast earlier than they normally do to accommodate my husband's half-marathon race schedule.

The bedding wasn't as clean as I would have liked. There were a couple of hairs on the duvet.

The staff were really friendly and made us laugh. They opened the restaurant earlier so that us runners could have breakfast well in time for the race. The bed was small but comfortable and the bedding smelled fresh. Both the room and en-suite were very clean and the temperature in was just right. I would definitely stay again, next time I go to Blackpool.

The rooms were very small which could be a problem for families or longer stays

The host Linda was very friendly and helpful. She made us cups of tea whenever we asked. Breakfast was excellent, great location and excellent value for money

The hotel staff were really friendly and the room was spotless!! Really happy withe stay, they also allowed is to check in at 10am so we could drop our bags off before we went on the pleasure beach.. We would no doubt stay again :)

Absolutely immaculate bed & breakfast, fantastic breakfast which was very tasty with not one bit of grease, extremely central for the pleasure beach and the couple who run this place are very friendly and welcoming. Impressive little bar downstairs with cheap drinks. We will definitely be staying here again.

Parking is difficult in the street but managed to get parked up eventually close by!

I booked this hotel for a friend, she could not say a bad word .she was very impressed with every thing and the staff were exellent. I will be passing details to my family for the future.. Well done A+++++++++++++

Went out and when we returned the room had been left open by the cleaner wasn't happy !!!

Bedrooms basic

The room was clean and worm. I was in January and the temperature inside the room was ok. The owners were very friendly and ready to help with any issue you may have. Parking available on the street but not in front of the hotel, some 200meters. Be careful, in front of the hotel the parking is not allowed on either sides of the street. Breakfast was included in the price and was good.

The room was small, the shower and bathroom really small. The walls were thin and every door that was closing you can hear in the room. They were doing repairs while I was in the hotel and they didn't even notify me that I will be disturbed by the loud noise of the drilling machine.

location is perfect. close to pleasure beach and south pier. free and easy to park. very welcoming.

Booked to stay on New Year's Eve. What a little gem!!! Fantastic welcome....nothing was too much trouble...rooms comfy n clean....breakfast filling....if you are ever in Blackpool you really need to check this place out.....forget your premier n travel lodges...this place does really give value for money....will definitely be going back

A lovely Hotel with helpful hosts. Just off the Prom and right next to Central Pier Tram Stop, the hotel is only a short walk from Blackpool South Railway station making getting to it ideal for those without cars. I have stopped at several Hotels in Blackpool this is by far the best!

the welcome at this hotel is one of the best I have ever experienced and I stay in many 4* hotels due to travelling my job. This was a very last minute break so I wanted cheap and cheerful. The welcome and hospitality I received was above and beyond any service I have received and will definitely be returning. This hotel doesn't just make you feel at home but goes that extra mile to ensure you feel nothing is too much to ask. I would like to say a special thank you to Paul who left me a jug of orange juice as I was away with a large group of people and he was concerned I would be thirsty when I woke due to the wine I drank the night before.
