Location and cleanliness and comfort.
Check in check out time is imbalanced. You have to pay full amount but cant stay full 24 hours. Mirror for the small bathroom is in very inconvenient place. The wash basin is too small.
Location. Comfy beds.
Small, low sink in bathroom. Very basic shower. Smelled of smoke and was quite noisy with late night deliveries at the restaurant below.
large comfortable well equipped apartment. central location with good restaurant under apartments. would definately use again
would have liked en-suite toilet
The bedroom for Appt 4 is above a restaurant. Expect noise at lunch and well into the night from the kitchen.
Everything about this property was excellent , we would consider renting a place like this to live ! It was so spacious , clean , comfortable and so well equipped . 10 out of 10 !!
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great facilities and really central.
Sunderland's one way system. No dislikes about the flat.
The staff were extremely helpful , the flat was well appointed and very clean and very well equipped .Ideal location if we'd had less luggage.
distance from parking made life a little difficult as we needed to bring in a cot and mattress and a large case and toys etc. for the toddler .The aroma of the pot pourri.
All rooms were well presented, very homely, had everything we needed and I would definitely stay again
Location was perfect in the city centre close to the station and shops Cleanliness was stop on
Bed was small Apartment was cold And we could hear neighbours too...walking around and using the bathroom which wasn't good
Good central location. Well furnished and well appointed kitchen.
Parking was an issue. No Bath in either bathroom and no toilet in en-suite was surprising for the rates charged
Excellent staff and accomedation, sexy decoration. Hawksley House is so well mentained, it makes everyone feel as if it is their actual flat. The place smells nice from the moment u open the door till the time u leave.Great layout and very spacious, would definatly use the company again.
As we where going for nights out in Newcastle, the distance from Sunderland to Newcastle is not the best. A cab set us back around 25quid each way, and on the saturday they over charge and try charge up to £60..Sunderland night life, is not good and a waist of time compared to Newcastle, esp when traveling over 5hours from the capital.
efficient arrangements for picking up the key to this serviced apartment; very secure; central location; luxurious feel to the fabric and furnishings; very large room; brilliant restaurant called "serendipity" just round the corner serving superb brunches on Sunday morning.
Home from home feel and excellent location
size of accommodation location apartment rather than hotel room light and airy rooms come and go feel
Lots of nice quality restaurants & the weather was good
A little short on nice shops
The apartment was comfortable and stylish. Very clean with all you could need. Excellent location with the bonus of being above Da'Quau restaurant.
The apartment was too hot with no fans.
