The hotel staff are very pleasant and always had a smile. They couldn't do enough for you as a guest. The facilities and grounds are excellent and are one of the best I have stayed at in the uk The electric showers are very noisy in the rooms and when another guest decides to shower at 2am it disturbs your sleep.

The location and the Follies are excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The place is a little drab and needs a coat of paint.
