the area An 18 birthday party started early evening and was so loud we could not hear the tv or sleep. We went and sat in our car until the party finished. I do think we should have been informed about the party so we could have made other arrangments. We will not be staying there again.

Manager and staff hospitable and eager to please, eg having 24 hr reception, being happy for me to work in the bar after checkout, and then offering me free tea while I worked. All areas well decorated and clean - decor reminded me of Cyprus. Nice quiet bedroom with modern en-suite. Free wi-fi throughout and off-street parking. Located in suburb near both city and country and close to M62. Nothing

I thought the welcoming was very freindly the facilities were great for the money and also they have a south african parrott called missy who also greets you. Have a breakfast if you stay here and I would gaurantee you have a good stay beds are comfy. The only bad thing about the trip is that ricky hatton lost his fight. Top class. Everything was super.

It is a very friendly environment. I was not very well and they provided extra heating for me immediately which is what I needed. The tvs in the rooms are very good, integrated freeview, and up-to-date. I was travelling alone and felt it was a very safe place for women. There is also a very lovely and characterful parrot in the lounge/bar area which I enjoyed talking to. I think it is good value for money, and I would certainly stay there again. I think it would be good if there was extra bedding in the rooms in case it is needed.

The hotel was very handy (5 mins) from Radcliffe town Centre and the Civic Suite where the event I was attending was taking place. I was greeted promptly on arrival and given a very nice recently refurbished room. The bed was brand new and I slept like a log. There was an en suite shower and toilet and the shower was excelleny. The communal rooms were well appointed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again next year.

Was located ok as had only a 10 minute walk to metrolink to enable travel into city etc. Absolutely no hot water whatsoever, curtains kept no light out, staff did not make you aware of any of the hotel facilities bar etc.

On a very wet Manchester weekend, the staff were welcoming and helpful, the room clean and cosy, and fitted our purpose exactly - we were out at a concert so it was somewhere dry and secure to get our heads down. The breakfast smelled great but we had a prior engagement. We would happily stay there again.

Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was uitstekend. De kamer was gemoderniseerd en schoon. Onze vrienden in Radcliffe kenden het hotel niet, maar waren verbaasd dat wij er erg positief over waren. Kregen waar voor het geld. De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk.

The closest hotel to the people we were visiting. Had free WiFi and parking. First time the reviews on Booking.com didn't match my experience (except for the one negative one!) Will definitely not stay here again. -Hotel confirmation stated max 1 occupant, though I had booked twin room for 2 (this was wrong and confirmed by hotel.) - Website is vague on breakfast include or not (it is not - offered for £6 pp!) -The hotel interior is dated, with narrow corridor, old carpets etc. It needs refurbishments. Room overcrowded with furniture. -Not overly clean, there were stains on sheet and surrounding wall. - Worst of all was very loud party going on downstairs. Did stop at 11 pm, but by then we had had 2 hours of extremely loud music (in our room) instead of the quiet evening we needed. And woke up with a splitting head ache the next day.

To be blunt the hotel was disgusting!we arrived at 1.30 it took 10 minutes for someone to answer the door, when we finally entered the hotel I could not pay with my credit card because the owner could not get the machine to work I had use what cash I had to pay.there was a parrot flying about in the bar which was scary!when we got to our room it was disgusting, the bed sheets had marks all over them, the duvet cover was dirty all the way round it.the bathroom, there was black mould all around the shower and toilet .the toilet would not flush properly.it all wanted a proper clean!we payed for breakfast but did not stay for it because we were so upset!we have never had this problem when we have booked with late rooms or superbreaks, this is the first time we have booked with booking .com and will be our last! Ps our room number was 3.

The staff is very nice. The hotel is not that big, but it's very comfortable. The hotel isn't located in city centre, but you can reach the hotel by taxi. It takes 20 mins and costs just £20. And I forgot my stuff at hotel. They sent it back to me without charging fee. It's very nice!!
