Mauvaise prise en compte des difficultés rencontrées par le client

Le personnel est attentionné et très avenant. L'accès à l'hôtel est très facile par le bus ou le train. On accède à London Station ou London Victoria en 30-45 mn très facilement. Les transports en commun sont très pratiques (nombreux trains ou bus). Le quartier est très tranquille et reposant.

Rapport qualité/prix. Le prix est bien trop élevé par rapport à la qualité de l'hôtel et à l'éloignement du centre de Londres (même si les transports en commun sont faciles d'accès).

Good friendly staff, very clean rooms,

No shower in the room although there was a fitting for a shower in the bathroom. Not enough blankets as it was quite cold in the room at night

It was convenient & reasonable in price

The hotel needed a lot of refurbishment. It was disgusting to find food had been left in the wardrobe from the previous occupants. Please ask the staff to check in future .

The shower in the en-suite did not work at all. The heating in the rooms was turned off and it was very cold. In the morning there were no staff on reception so I was unable to complain about these issues in person.

Good value for the location. Its a contractor place and not for couples or family'S. Work men its goods value

There's nothing wrong with it - it's a decent budget hotel, clean and with friendly staff. It would be a reasonable destination if it was budget-priced, but it isn't. On both price and location it compares unfavourably with other budget hotels in Croydon (eg Norfolk House, Croydon Court). It's further away from the town centre, costs more and offers less for your money eg a lower room price at Norfolk House includes a continental breakfast. To represent value for money either needs to upgrade (furniture, fittings, overall standards of maintenance and decoration) or lower the price.

It is convenient and the facilities are adequate.

The room that I was initially allocated had not been cleaned or made up. I was allocated an alternative which was fine. In the morning there was no-one to ask about the shower which did not appear to provide hot water. Breakfast was good but for this class of hotel it is normally included and an additional £8 on the room price means that it is not good value for money.

The place was decent. The bathroom had lots of space. The breakfast area was very inviting. The place is in a fairly convenient location to catch the train to Gatwick airport.

The only bad thing was that it had a musty smell in the hallway. This seemed to be even though it was renovated recently. It seems like the hotel is really trying to make a good impression.

The prices have increased a lot since last staying, for what your getting its not worth the money!
