We loved the Kit Kemp interiors and the closeness to the shops and theatres
The location is very central to main attractions but the hotel is still quiet place
The room was on the first floor. Felt exposed to the street and had to keep the curtains down most of the time which made the room dark.
Room was very nicely decorated, friendly & thoughtful staff, quiet location despite being very close to trafalgar square. Amazing swimming pool. How a hotel should be.
Pool was fairly cool, but good for swimming. Costs for breakfast were very confusing - we were given the impression from the waiter that a hot breakfast would be charged despite having breakfast included in our room rate which was disappointing. However hot options were included - the confusion was a shame as it spoiled our breakfast experience for an otherwise perfect stay.
everything, the decorations, the colours, the food, the gym, the room everything
The staff, hotel facilities, location and service were of a very high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
What was there not to like?
The location, The pool area. The rooms are spotless. Breakfast was great. The staff helped to make this a memorable birthday getaway.
The pool area was booked out for a corporate function on our 1st day. Bar closes early. Smokers standing inside hotel on 1st floor at the smoking area meaning the smell was coming into our room. Nothing that would stop me booking this hotel in the future.
This is a hotel with attention to detail, friendly unobtrusive staff, and extraordinarily tasteful decor, as well as comfort. Very enjoyable stay. It's expensive but it's central London 5 star!
nothing to note
The highest quality of everything from light switches to cocktails. A huge plus is the friendliness and warmth of the staff.
Not a thing
Everything is nice about the hotel (the attached restaurant is ok but just seemed like it was trying to be overly ambitious with limited cooking skills)
Great hotel but just seemed to me they were a bit over the market so I changed for the next 5 days to similar hotel in terms of quality and location but 30% less expensive
Stayed for a long weekend, everything about this hotel is very special, from the staff to the facilities- Will be returning very soon.
Absolutely great. The staff, the facilities, the room, the common areas. All very beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The staff not only professional but extremely kind and helpful. A big 20 out of 20 in my view!
Great Location. Great Staff.
Breakfast just OK and overpriced.
The staff were superb
London's hidden gem of a hotel, superb design, decor, huge rooms and bathrooms, excellent food and impeccable staff and services. My go-to hotel in london hands down.
Can't think of anything!
Hotel grounds, rooms, restaurant, and pool are wonderfully designed. And the beds were ridiculously comfortable. The best part was the staff. Always friendly, super helpful and never 'too busy' to acknowledge you.
Excellent hotel, extremely well placed in central London.Wonderful breakfast. Staff were very helpful.
no tea or coffee making facilities in room -changing area for swimming pool would be nice
The pool The large room Decoration Friendly staff Location
Location is perfect Quality is exceptional Service is great
Bar closes early and you need to make your own drinks at the honesty bar (which does have every drink you could need!)
Kit Kemp's wonderful design, great bathroom
Red key fob, difficult lock operation to turn deadbolt and leave room.
A stylish hotel in an excellent location. The sound proofing is outstanding enabling a good night's sleep. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Most of Tourist London is within an easy walk of this hotel. A good choice for a short break.
The restaurant was a bit disappointing, the menu was a tad ordinary and the presentation uninspired.
