Cleanliness wasn't perfect (only affected my room though). Single room is really small and overpriced compared to the double ones hence the "poor" value for money. However, the double room was very nice and I would recommend it. |

Relaxed and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent - warm and plenty of it. Dining room - not enough tables to cope. |

it was clean and the rooms were comfortable enough although we have booked a triple and there was only 2 normal beds in our room. the breakfast was also very good. the hotel staff were very rude especially the receptionists and also the ladies in the breakfast room spoke in their language loud. |

Easy access to the City Centre either on foot or via low cost bus service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary shower gel/shampoo was not provided. |

The good staff proved excellent in assistance when my wife was ill from a virus which had no connection with the hotel. Due to major colossal roadworks throughout the city, to take at least another two tears to complete facilitation of a tram system, the road outside is carrying diverting traffic 24 hours each day. Light sleepers beware! |

We loved our room/beds. Richie the jack of all trades was awesome. and the whole feel/ambience of the hotel was relaxing and friendly. It could have a ramp from the street to the hotel to get your suit cases up......just a suggestion! |

The location is close to bus stop and staff are quite friendly and helpful. The room is too dark, both due to lighting and dark color paint. Can hardly see ourselves in the mirror |

Friendly & helpful Landlady. Well positioned for buses or walking into City centre. Lovely roomy bedrooms. Lacking toiletries, e,g. shampoo/shower gel in room of that quality. |

The proprieter was very welcoming and the breakfasts were excellent. Waiting staff at breakfast also very friendly. Room was clean as was excellent en-suite. Large window difficult to open and also needed net curtaining of some sort as was overlooked. Was a freebox in room with TV but only received 5 channels - poor reception. Light by bed not good for reading.Had to go outside to next house for breakfast - fine in good weather! Thought hotel rather overpriced. |

it was relatively quiet and the room well-equipped (e.g. facilities for making tea), and the staff was very friendly and non-artificial At the beginning, there was a problem with my paying: My cards were not accepted, but I could leave my luggage at the hotel and go for a cash machine. |

The owners were very accomodating to our needs and friendly, the room was superb and breakfast was excellent. The location is excellent since its a short walk to the city center and there is a bus stop close by for the airport shuttle. |

It was close to transport links and to the city centre. The staff were friendly and courteous. The decor in the room - the wallpaper was peeling off and the door of the wardrobe did not fit properly. Was unable to use the hair dryer as the flex was too short. Because the toilet was leaking there was water on the floor all the time. |

our room was sold before we got there and so were put into a flat nearby. Food provided for breakfast for two days was sufficient. The flat bathrooms only had small round pieces of soap. No shampoo, lotions, conditioners. No hairdryer, no phone. There was no linen service, no bed making, no cleaning. No rubbish pickup. Towels for two days for two persons were left on the beds but there were three of us. |
