The location of the hotel is very handy if water is your interest, close but not too close to the noise Room size very small and more like upper class b&b than hotel |

Very good service and really clean. Nice decor from recent refurbishment. Very nice and helpful staff. Only snag was that we had twin beds joined together in our double room which wasn't great. |

This Hotel if lovely and in an ideal location, very close to town and the Marina. We were given an upgrade to a larger room on arrival and our room and everywhere in the hotel was spotless. We found the owner very welcoming and helpful and the breaskfast was equally good on both days. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will return if we visit Torquay again, |

Service was excellent and staff and owners were very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom was beautifully decorated and VERY clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was great. |

On arrival we were met by the owner of the hotel. He explained everything to us in detail and was most welcoming. The hotel was small which was ideal for us. Everything was clean and newly decorated. The lady serving breakfast was very helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble for her. The breakfast too was well prepared and plentiful. |

Relaxed, unobstrusive service. The Hotel is run with obvious pride, benefits from a recent refurbishment and is reasonably well situated. Room was a little small for a 'Superior room' and TV reception was poor. |

The hotel manager and staff were friendly and helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable and offered plenty of advice on places to visit. We ventured on one of the many walks which was recommended and found it was a very beautiful unspoilt place. N/A |

Hotel was immaculate, rooms were very well furnished, the breakfast was great and the hotel owner Chris was extremely helpful and went out of his way to be help when we needed assistance. |

Bed was large and overall atmosphere was comfortable, friendly and relaxed. Hotel was conveniently close to the harbour and other facilities. Hotel was recently refurbished and was therefore in excellent condition overall. Bed rather overwhelmed the room and with only one other chair there was nowhere else to sit in the room (not too important on a short stay). |
