It was a clean, comfortable room in a nice quiet location. Great value.

Clear room good linin, room one has a P shaped bath two can squeeze into! Or one can relax in :-)

Like a motel the rooms are in a separate block a very long dark walk at night from the bar!

Tap water in room not drinkable - extraordinary! Plus no bottled water as replacement. How do old folk like us take their pills, or children get a drink during the night? Also, albeit fairly minor, we were stumped to know how to turn on the room's lights. Had to go back to reception to be told to insert key card in slot. A notice somewhere would have avoided that irritation.

Lovely setting but near to road links etc. Very good breakfast (from menu, not buffet). Staff seemed very nice and helpful at breakfast.

Noise travelled too easily between rooms. The rooms are bland - no artwork on walls. The TV was far too small and set up near the ceiling - VERY uncomfortable to watch!!

Simple, no-fuss rooms, with good bathroom, and convenient parking.

The breakfast was truly awful. Not enough of anything, and of poor quality. It took 50 minutes to get cereal, one croissant and a piece of toast.

Friendly reception who were very professional in dealing with us as new arrivals. Thoughly enjoyed our stay.

Although food was lovely you don't get enough for the price you pay I was hungry after my main meal

The Wi-Fi is extremely poor in the room and for a business traveler this is not acceptable. This one bad point will influence my decision if I will use the accommodation again in the future.

Our stay was exceptional made so by the staff in the bar and restaurant. Food was always well presented and hot. Children were well catered for. Would have liked to stay for Sunday Carvery but other arrangements had been made.
