the staff at the guest house where friendly and the room was basic but was clean and tidy. it was very close to several places to eat and the train station to get into london was at the bottom of the road. we had a problem with the heating, we could not get it to stay off and the room got far too hot. |

The full English breakfast in the morning was very filling. The Hotel was very handily placed for the Tube, to get into the city centre. The Wi-Fi access was very sporadic. |

A nice, clean, quiet and cosy room, comfortable. Good traditional English breakfast and nice restaurants and pubs nearby. Just a few minutes walk from Woodsidepark Undergroundstation, from there 20-25 minutes to the centre. I think it's a good place to be for this money. |

Good location for those who want peace and quiet at night in a safe neighbourhood; there are more than enough restaurants right around the corner, plus a Sainsbury's, and the hotel is close to tubestation Woodside Park with fast and regular trains into London city centre. Bus 82 to Victoria is only a ten minute walk away.The hotel is very cosy, with a good breakfast and very friendly staff. The free wi-fi worked perfectly. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome by the three resident Jack Russells, and their presence made it feel more like a home than just a hotel. |

The Guest House was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. Underground station is literally only a few minutes away so therefore it is in a very convenient location. Would stay at this Guest House again. |

it was a value for money hotel with a good breakfast which the staff brought forward for us so we could get into London for a race they gave us poor direction to the city centre suggesting to use the bus, when it was far far easier to use the Tube which was only 5 mins away and ran every 7 mins |

The staff is quite friendly Even though I did have a pleasant stay in the hotel but I cannot keep quiet about what happened on our last night stay there. I had the horror of my life when the whole glass shower door broken into pieces. Luckily, only my hands, leg and feet got cuts. I still thanked my lucky star because things could have been worse. I have travelled many places but this is my first visit to the UK and this thing happened. I wont not be able to forget what happened to me that night for the rest of my life. Btw, I did get 25 quid deduction (out of 225 quid). |
