Proximity to town and beaches. Excellent food and service. Adequate car parking. Good swimming pool. I stayed in room 144 it wassituated over a laundry or kitchen and was very hot. A small fan was supplied but did not make a lot of difference. Sleeping was not easy. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. I had a small single room but this was fine. Decor a little tired perhaps but this is more than made up for by a great breakfast and the road was quiet and the beach was only about 3 minutes away.So I would stay again if I had the opportunity. |

Haveing to get out of the pool at 1700rs on a hot sunny day when the hotle paper said was open later in summer, also that there was no fridge in room and would have been a lot more comfort with a bigger bed |

Breakfast was disgusting, room was shabby and dirty, staff were stuck up and the location was dismal. Never ever again. Stay away from this hell hole! |

Taking advantage of the outdoor swimming pool and the location of the hotel near to the beach Having reported that there were no controls on the television and the control pack did not work...even after asking on two occasions to have the problem resolved it was still not fixed on our departure.(volume was too high and unable to turn sound down) |

The room was very pleasant and clean, although it looked out onto a storage shed. The breakfast was great. We would recommend the hotel to friends/relatives. |

Close to town centre Considering we upgraded, the room was rather small, very hot and rather shabby. I think that we were the only people staying in the hotel without grey hair!! |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, which was important as we have a toddler with us, so we needed a cot in the room too plus lots of stuff. She loved staying at the hotel and though that it was a real adventure. The telly only had 4 channels, which in this age of digital tv in unbelieveable. However this became a positive for us because we then occupied ourselves instead of watching tv. The garden was lovely. It was calm, quiet and child safe. Our daughter loved playing in it. Like other comments, the decor was a little dated, but this did not at all effect our stay and readers should not be influenced by this as the positives greatly outweighed this. |

I liked the customer service from the staff. They were friendly and efficient. I liked the spaciousness of our room. The location is good near the East Cliffs and an easy walk into town. I thought it was value for money. The breakfast was good. It is a little bit old fashioned in the decor of the room in particular however, what you quickly realise is that the room is clean and comfortable. |
