Just 10 minutes’ walk from Bournemouth Pier, Heathlands Hotel is situated on East Cliff. With free parking, free Wi-Fi and cooked breakfasts, the hotel also has a popular restaurant. Good location for beach and restaurants.Pleasant helpful staff,value for money and good choice for breakfast.I Would say to go for at least a standard room, as the hotel is looking "tired" in places. Parking could be an issue when busy. Car park is not big enough if hotel is busy.

Spacious light airy room and comfortable bed although it was an executive room The bath was very small and the bath water was only lukewarm, certainly not hot. The shower did not stay on the basin tap was faulty and broken which was not expected of an executive room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The smellies in the bathroom were a nice touch as was the tea and coffee Felt the general hotel was dated and could do with modernization, sink in bedroom cracked, no double glazing just generally felt dated and in need of modernization, for the money I expected it to be better than it was. Also the menu for the evening needs looking at particularly the fish / veggie option

£35 room there is no way the room has a normal cost of £135 This room is listed as having a normal room cost of £135. all I can say is no way !, it was very small half the size of a travelodge room for example the room was very tired and the fitttings are out dated, the bathroom was not clean, and the breakfast exprience was poor

The location. That's about all. Room was really hot- no aircon. Had to ask 3 times for our baby's cot to be set up which we requested when we booked through booking.com. Breakfast was awfull. No lunch served and dinner only starts at 6:30. But the menu didn't have much to offer. Not enough parking at the hotel. The list goes on and on. Staff was friendly.

We had a last minute deal, and for the price we paid it was excellent. I think we were upgraded slightly as we asked for a window. Staff were all friendly and helpful. One block away from the sea. Large car park at back of hotel, small one in front.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel itself very clean and well presented. Overall verry happy and would stay again I found the beds very hard and uncomfortable found it hard to sleep but thats just personal preference.

The room we stayed in needed quite alot of renovations the sink in the bathroom needed replacing the tiles on the wall around the bath/shower had been repared but with a different colour grout which made it look dirty and shabby - the room was freezing cold when we arrived and the radiators in the room didnt work and instead was a small electric heater which didnt heat the room sufficiantly

Our stay was very warm and comfortable, the staff were very helpful ,and hotel nicely situated for shopping and beach, also breakfast very filling!!!!. My only criticism would be did not like the removing of plates ect before we all finished our meal.

Location was good if you wanted the beach. The hotel needs a refurb as very dated. The room was of a good size however it had no central heating but, we were provided with a small electric heater which did warm the room eventually. I suppose it was good value for money as we only paid a bargin basement price.

A very comfortable en-suite room with tea making facilities. Some of the bedroom decor needs updating although very clean. Excellent full english breakfast ideal overnight stay after visiting BIC concert. Only 15 min walk to the hotel. Would certainly book again.
