I really liked this hotel. The staff were polite and friendly, the rooms were clean and well equipped with beverages and light snacks. I would use this hotel again if I needed accommodation near the nec. If you do not have any transport there are no other services nearby, this may limit you to what the hotel has to offer.

The greeting was great and all people who worked there was so nice, friendly and very attentive. The food was sooooo good and the drinks provided in the room was lovely too. We requested downstairs rooms and they was provided for us. The parking was great too. Though small the room was very comfy and the bed was too. It was sooooo small, the bathroom was very tiny and the shower head in one of the rooms didnt work properley. As we was next to the reception there was a lot of noise and some of the people staying at the hotel was in the foyer till the small hours and the noise traveled.

Easy to get to from the motorway, very friendly and helpful staff, welcoming homely reception area. Small but very nice and clean room. Food was very good, served by lovely waitresses. Nothing negative to say about this hotel, except our stay was too short :-(

Very nice family run hotel, the hotel is probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in my room was small but very comfortable and quite. Food in the restaurant was also very good. The staff were very accommodating and arranged a cooked breakfast 30 minutes early for me as I had an early start. Hotel is 10 min from the car park in the airport. Not much else in the vicinity of the hotel as it a residential area.

The staff made you welcome and would assist as best they could. The three ground floor rooms are not soundproofed from the bar/restraunt or the reception desk, so choose a room in the older part of the Hotel.

The Hotel is very close to the Birmingham Business park where I visit often. The menu was dated and there was not enough choice.

“Wenn man von oder nach Birmingham fliegt und eine übernachtung braucht, ist das Hotel ideal. Das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, wir haben 7 gbp für ein Taxi zum Flughafen bezahlt, da der Shuttle Bus um 5 Uhr morgens noch nicht fährt. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, war der Pub auf dem Gelände. Wir habe dort am Abend draussen gegessen, das war mal etwas anderes als ein Hotel Restaurant und wir haben so etwas nicht erwartet, da das Hotel in einer reinen Hotel / Business Gegend liegt.
