We came down from Aberdeenshire for an event at the NEC,from the moment we entered the Heath Lodge it was as though we were regular guests.The owners can be very proud of this place and their staff,the rwelcome was warm,the room was spotless and tea coffee,hot chocolate and coke were also provided in the room.We dined in the sunroom at night and had a cracking meal served by staff who were very professional for a small Hotel.. We will most certainly be back and would recommend the Heath Lodge Hotel to anyone going that way!!!! Well done and keep up the good work,,,5 STAR...

Great value for money and great full english breakfast. Was slightly concerned about the size of the single room given some previous reviewers' comments. However, it's now apparent that the problem is with reviewers being too fat rather than the room and shower facilities being too small! The rooms aren't particularly well insulated for sound which can be a problem if other guests are chatting in the corridor at 12:30am!

Room was not overly large but was comfortable and very clean >the staff were polite and the food was very good value wonderful steak meal. My large grandson was with me and his shoulders did not go through the toilet/shower door He had to turn sideways !!

Very polite, helpfull and friendly. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay worthwhile. Cleanliness was superb, and can not fault it as a good value place to stay. Just a short hop to the NEC where we were visiting an exhibition. I will most certainly be re visiting when we use the NEC and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

I really liked this hotel. The staff were polite and friendly, the rooms were clean and well equipped with beverages and light snacks. I would use this hotel again if I needed accommodation near the nec. If you do not have any transport there are no other services nearby, this may limit you to what the hotel has to offer.

The greeting was great and all people who worked there was so nice, friendly and very attentive. The food was sooooo good and the drinks provided in the room was lovely too. We requested downstairs rooms and they was provided for us. The parking was great too. Though small the room was very comfy and the bed was too. It was sooooo small, the bathroom was very tiny and the shower head in one of the rooms didnt work properley. As we was next to the reception there was a lot of noise and some of the people staying at the hotel was in the foyer till the small hours and the noise traveled.

Easy to get to from the motorway, very friendly and helpful staff, welcoming homely reception area. Small but very nice and clean room. Food was very good, served by lovely waitresses. Nothing negative to say about this hotel, except our stay was too short :-(

Very nice family run hotel, the hotel is probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in my room was small but very comfortable and quite. Food in the restaurant was also very good. The staff were very accommodating and arranged a cooked breakfast 30 minutes early for me as I had an early start. Hotel is 10 min from the car park in the airport. Not much else in the vicinity of the hotel as it a residential area.

The staff made you welcome and would assist as best they could. The three ground floor rooms are not soundproofed from the bar/restraunt or the reception desk, so choose a room in the older part of the Hotel.
