The greeting was great and all people who worked there was so nice, friendly and very attentive. The food was sooooo good and the drinks provided in the room was lovely too. We requested downstairs rooms and they was provided for us. The parking was great too. Though small the room was very comfy and the bed was too. It was sooooo small, the bathroom was very tiny and the shower head in one of the rooms didnt work properley. As we was next to the reception there was a lot of noise and some of the people staying at the hotel was in the foyer till the small hours and the noise traveled.

Easy to get to from the motorway, very friendly and helpful staff, welcoming homely reception area. Small but very nice and clean room. Food was very good, served by lovely waitresses. Nothing negative to say about this hotel, except our stay was too short :-(

Very nice family run hotel, the hotel is probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in my room was small but very comfortable and quite. Food in the restaurant was also very good. The staff were very accommodating and arranged a cooked breakfast 30 minutes early for me as I had an early start. Hotel is 10 min from the car park in the airport. Not much else in the vicinity of the hotel as it a residential area.

The staff made you welcome and would assist as best they could. The three ground floor rooms are not soundproofed from the bar/restraunt or the reception desk, so choose a room in the older part of the Hotel.

It's location for visits to the nec, good meals, and very friendly staff. My room, located above the kitchen, was a little noisey due to an extractor fan cutting on and off

The shower was tiny, I had to stand with one arm raised over my head otherwise I'd be bouncing off the walls. The temperature control was poor, it required several minutes of adjustment to try get a stream of water that wasn't either scalding or freezing. The shower head was damaged and a lot of the water sprayed sideways directly onto the wall instead of downwards. The taps on the shower were also prone to falling off as the retaining screws were missing. I gave up after 10 minutes of trying and used the sink instead. Soundproofing is also needed. Badly. No-one likes being woken at 4 am.
