Excellent service and staff extremely helpful.

Friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. Clean & tidy.Good breakfast etc, local to nec. Would stay again. I am mentioning here that Rooms are not huge, but this isn't a dislike as they are adequate for short stay. Overall, very happy.

This is a small, basic hotel with polite, efficient and friendly staff. The room I had was small but it was warm and comfortable. The included breakfast was of decent quality and plentiful.

No minuses. This is a cheap hotel, which does what it does well.

It is a friendly family hotel where staff are very helpful and brealkfast is good.I found clean and a five minute taxi ride to NEC.I was grateful that theuy serve dinner as after a whole day at the exhibition you can relax.

My first single room was tiny and I asked to be moved which they arranged for next day.

Excellent staff service. Immaculate and clean, with plenty of hot water on demand. Good choice of menu for evening meal, and a good wine menu. Food was of a high standard. Good quality breakfast with helpful staff on hand. Tea/coffee facilities in rooms, with biscuits, carton of orange and bottled water - lovely. Just what you need after a drive.

Orange juice already on tables when you entered the breakfast room. Stairs very narrow and steep, however l was offered assistance with luggage. Single room was small, and rather than a separate shower cabinet, a wet room would have been better in the bathroom

Helpful, friendly staff. All areas of the hotel were clean and tidy. Plenty of onsite parking. Good breakfast and a choice of reasonably priced evening meals.

The room was very small and clearly most of them were similarly small. The duvets were very thick for a warm house - unless you like to be extremely warm at night in which case, it would be ideal!

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable surroundings. Very good food, the best of welcome by the staff. Good bedrooms comfortable beds. I would definitely stay there again when in the area and visiting NEC. Rosita Wilkins ps my friend was very impressed too.
