There was no hot water available for a morning shower. It was indicated that the boiler had blown up. When challenged and hot water demanded, it was amazing to find that the boiler was operational and subsequent hot water available within 30 minutes.
Staff very good, room clean, good breakfast and reaqsonable prices in the bar.
Matress a bit hard, room recently decorated but for the sake an hours maintenace work it could be better (i.e. repair small hole in wall where door handle punched through, sink tap very loose, and finish off the laminate flooring edges properly! Car park is small so arrive early to get a space.
I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. It was easy to find & the receptionist was very polite & efficient. The room was really good & spotlessly clean. The bed was warm & very comfortable. The shared bathroom was also very clean. There was a good choice of tv channels & free wifi.
I found nothing wrong with this hotel, & would have no hesitation in staying again.
24 hour bar, helpful staff with offering help with the cake, few cooked items for breakfast so more than expected. Location brill.
Not enough cutlery at breakfast, not much choice for having a drink in the evening (eg. only had 1 choice of wine and it wasn't amazing )
Nothing tv did not work very poor
Hotel was great value based on its location. Room and facilities were fair. Offered late checkout although i didnt need it. Breckfast ended at 9, would have prefered later.
Clean and nice room. Continental breakfast was ok. Staff was nice. Walking distance from the Hayes& Harlington train station.
Bathroom was clean but smelled. Corridor had a bad smell too. It was a bit messy outside the window of my room...I believe they were doing some refurbishment.
The guy I met at the front desk is polite
All is perfect
I enjoyed the breakfast, We had some to ask around when we needed help. They was enough parking space.
Smell of paint, they was some wall painting during the night that made the whole room smell paint. The room we were was just few centimeters away.
bathroom was awful flies in the room and room was untidy, the walls were thin and you could here the neighbours
Room was clean and a generous size.
Parking spaces limited, approx. 10, so full both nights by time I arrived, therefore had to park in local street, not pleasant at night for lone female. Room had very bad damp patch by electric socket and damp also caused odour in room. No hot water available at 8am, so cold shower to start the day. No mattress protector and sheets so thin, could see mattress through the sheet.
Very friendly and helpful man on reception. Bar prices very reasonable. Clean and comfortable
no sitting chair. water boiler failed for two days.
Very poor facilities , dirty bathroom that had flies , bin was sticky and dirty , never go back again
the hotel was nice welcoming staff and nice private rooms
The carpets in the room were a bit old fashioned
The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Also there are plenty of small shops just down the road and it wasn't a long walk to the tube station.
The wifi was very weak and often very slow
Clean room and nice bar area
Curtains ripped and not hanging properly
The service at the hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the breakfast good. We enjoyed our stay and, particularly for the lovely staff and fact it was easy to find (with bus stops right outside), we will be staying again!
Very friendly helpful staff Inexpensive Good location Great food nearby
needs an upgrade (which I think might be happening)
The bed was OK
Where do I start, dated hotel all over, bedroom tiny, bathroom was a cupboard, sink was smaller than a cloakroom sink no chance of washing in it, plug hole open with no plug, shower built for someone very short as couldn't get under the shower head to use it, no door to shower just a mucky curtain. main issue was the floor the whole bedroom carpet was wet and stained due to a shower floor tile being cracked, it had been damaged for some time as smelled very damp and stained carpet, wouldn't want to walk around in bare feet, hence my partner and I didn't use the shower. Made a complaint to the reception but made hard by a language barrier, no offer of room change and was told he would need to speak to the owner that was due back the next day at midday (after we were leaving....what a surprise) Rang once we were home to sort out a refund as felt no one else should stay in the room it really was a hazard. Was offered 15% off our next stay which was useless as we were never staying there again. Refused to offer anything else and arguments arose on the phone.......customer service non existent.......we didn't bother with breakfast as didn't trust the hygiene of the place. Do not stay here regardless of how cheap you think it is it isn't worth it.......choose the Premier Inn down the road.
Good breakfast / Coffee.
Problems with hot water in the bathroom/shower. Old/springy mattress.
There was a lot of noise during the night from people in the hotel. There is no noise insulation in the room. We were on the first floor and were unable to sleep because of the noise from the people moving up and down the stairs and in the bar.
Had to pay extra 100 pound for what they call a en suite , shower leaked into bedroom even with towels on the floor shower head only one height , curtains didnt fit windows, no bedside table or chair television worked one day only then only worked on one channel. The bed had seen better days. The breakfast we only attempted once due to the fact the food was put out by the night porter at about 5.30am (we had a early shift so witnessed this) food was left uncovered and also left semi cooking in warming pans. I would never stay here again.
clean environment ,the staff were excellent and I mean it,especially the day receptionist was polight, mustafa was a great host, l liked the breakfast, the hotel was very close to the bus stop
Description of the hotel from Victoria central station should be included in the map,(this is what I find helpful from Victoria central station take a bus to Waterloo and a train to falthem station and take no 9 bus it was very easy smooth ride. No variety in breakfast eg no pancake,no waffles
