Rooms too small, lacking comfort and general facilities, radiator in room wasn't working, appears to be undergoing some kind of renovation, yet the room I stayed in was only half finished.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was was clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was included in the price, it had free parking and free wifi.
The room was a bit basic. I was on the ground floor and there was some noise from reception and the other residents in the night, but that happens in most hotels.
Hi , I stayed at the Heathrow inn on the 13 & the 14th Jan, it was my first time to stay there , it was a great place to stay & the staff were very friendly, the room was very nice & cosy, I sure will be staying there again , soon I hope..
Bathroom and shower were nicely tiled.bed was comfy..and room was nice and warm
Guests making noise as they walked past your room..when they close there door it shakes the walls,no bedside cupboard to place your tea/coffee..decor very miss matched..
Location cheap price
No evening meal available, basic decor - no light shade pictures, noisy.
Easy to find, free parking, free wifi in all areas, friendly staff, cleanliness, extremely comfortable bed, simple breakfast but tasty.
Missing wardrobe, hanger for clothes/coat and hook in bathroom. However, all that might be put down to undertaking reconstructions and will be ok now.
Free wi fi room was clean
Noise , non existent staffing, lack of facilities in room, no controls of heating, curtains fitted badly so street light glared into room. Kids running up and down in hall outside until early hours of morning.
Sraff , facilities , breakfast , wifi, rude staff, try to ignore this hotel, waste of money and time , better do a bed abd breakfast
I stayed at the Heathrow Inn Hotel on 10th December Looking at the picture of the hotel, it looks like it is off road. Wrong it is on a busy main road. Free private parking is possible on site. There was room for 8 cars any other were parked in side streets. My room was on the first floor. There was a lift but it was out of order and so it was a struggle for me to use the stairs as I had an overnight bag to carry. The bedroom was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom, the bed was comfortable but as it was so low down, I had great difficulty in getting up out of it. The light fitting in the room had 5 lights in, but only one bulb worked. All the room had was the bed and a small wardrobe. There was no table or chair. I didn`t find the mirror until the next morning as it was on the window ledge hidden behind the curtain. The bathroom contained 2 ordinary electric sockets. I didn`t thing that this was allowed. The breakfast section was very badly organised. They had run out of orange juice and there was no more. Had to ask for butter and cutlery. I am bringing this to your attention so you can see the kind of hotel you are advertising. My niece and her husband use booking ,com frequently and have always been more than satisfied. It was them who suggested to me that I should use booking.com. I know I only paid £40 for the accommodation, but I expected a better service.
Good response by staff. Good interpersonal relations by staff
Helpful staff lovely room very clean nice breakfast very near to the airport (the mini cap took just 9 pounds to terminal 3). Really nice i will stay there again if i am travelling
The serene environment, the room comfort, the staff were receptive I will want to stay there next time anyway
The fact that the elavator was not functional and some bathroom amenities like the telephone shower head was broken
location and staff
every thing was nice
little noice in the evening from rooms above and may be a little more variaty for breakfast
the room was nice and clean
problem with shower was fell
bugs in the first room we were given We did not the locality
Just looking for a stop over to pick niece up from airport. Not looking for luxury just bed and shower and as with anywhere no matter what the price I would expect cleanliness. Got what I expected, it was dated but extremely clean. Staff very friendly and helpful
Would stay again as it was good value would stay again but not room 101. Opposite room at back of bar from which there was a constant hum, I hoped that would go once pumps or whatever was causing the noise was switched off. Slept for a few hours, woke in very early hours then couldnt get back to sleep as the noise was unrelenting. Convenience and cleanliness fine but defeats the object if unable to get a good nights sleep for early rising and long driving
The bathroom stunk of feces. All night doors were slamming and people talking really loudly, the room was very scrappy paint patches all over the room and the curtains didn't fit the windows, when I tried to check out 2 days early and ask for a refund I was told by the receptionist he didn't know and couldn't help me. The hotel only offered one nights refund.
Room Bed Breakfast No toiletries or toilet roll Smell of paint Hallway being decorated
Close to shops and buses etc clean bedding
Toilet was dirty shower didn't work properly staff seemed generally disinterested walls are paper thin
The staff was extremely kind, helpful and always with smile on a face. Room was spotless clean every day. Tea, coffee kettle in a room Good breakfast Very good location the bus stop just outside the hotel. Shops Parking space
Everything was great
The kettle didn't work
Sorry to say but, nothing
location was poor, room was very poor, free breakfast was shut down early, can not believe there are still accommodations out there like that in the modern world.
For my purpose it was an ideal location Good value for money Loved the bath
Could do with a lick of paint but nothin major
