Score from 719 reviews Very good
Comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, good WiFi.
Noisy, from within the building and aircraft flying by on final approach.
The Heathrow planes early morning passing by..but it was manageable!
Rooms too hot Can't open windows as planes flying over roof every few minutes
The reception was excellent. The room we stayed in was really clean and tastefully decorated. I liked the fact that you could help yourself to whatever breakfast you fancied and that tea/coffee etc were available at all time.
To be fair there wasn't anything to dislike. I appreciate some of the comments about the noise of overhead aircraft but it didn't bother us. We viewed it as an early morning call !!
friendliness of staff
shower was very slow and took ages to warm up. There was plenty of tea and coffee but i would prefer if there was a kettle in the room and not have to go down stairs every time you wanted a cuppa.
Very Noisy Fridge in the room (11sqm) very noisy Very expensive for what you get No decent restaurant around
no mention of 3% surcharge for payment by credit card
The rooms are very neat and the staff always ready to help. i would say i really loved my experience here
Staff were tripping over themselves to care for us, very friendly and accomodating. Room was quiet, spacious, comfortable and clean.
En-suite was a bit shabby and slightly cramped.
Great location with complimentary available parking. Easy exit to A4 to Heathrow for car rental returns. Breakfast provided. Great Indian restaurant just down the road (Jolly Wagoner). Great value.
Room was tiny, but single bed comfortable. Bathroom was down the hall, but functional. Towels were like cardboard. But does not detract from the value.
Close to Hounslow West tube station. Close to a lot of ethnic restaurants. Close to the bus to Heathrow.
Lots of aircraft noise (but no surprise, after all you are right beside one of the busiest airports in the world). I used earplugs. Breakfast wasn't anything special.
About 15 mins walk to Hounslow West tube station - ideal for trip to London or for airport. Staff very accommodating, let us have separate room for teenage son ( as not fully booked) and allowed us to leave our car parked all day.
This is in no way a hotel as it looks, but an extended end of terrace house in a residential side street, more of a b&b, and we did rather feel we were sharing with the family. Breakfast adequate but not special - instant coffee and no sausages and bacon offered, although eggs, beans and tinned tomatoes were. Decor and quality of furnishings poor, but clean with comfortable beds and good value for what we paid. Beware constant noise from 6am of planes landing overhead. It isn't called the Heathrow Palace for nothing!
very old furnature old fittings
The room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable and spacious. We received a very warm welcome from friendly staff who were happy to help with any queries. There was also free parking which is more unusual for hotels near Heathrow.
Be prepared for plane noise from Heathrow starting around 4:30/5am. When we checked in the previous evening, the planes were taking off and landing on a different trajectory so there wasn't any noise disturbance. However at 4:30am we were woken by planes going over every couple of minutes, which the night before a 26-hour journey was not ideal. We were staying at Heathrow Palace during a period of unusually hot weather in London so had our windows open: once closed, the noise was more bearable but the heat wasn't which wouldn't necessarily be a problem with normal UK weather. Also, breakfast could do with being managed better, as it's not clear what the expectations are when you first come down, or what is on the menu.
Friendly helpful staff
noise from aeroplanes
This is a family run business that made you feel that you were sharing their home. From the moment we arrived and they came out to the car to help with our luggage we felt that they were like old friends. This is a real value for money accommodation that makes you feel you are a valued guest. Thanks again

Slow Wifi speed
I liked the nice bathroom & the comfortable bed. The room was very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful & kind.
Being near the airport, there was a plane flying overhead every few minutes so it was loud. But it would be like this at any hotel near the airport.
Noise from aeroplanes It was same price as other hotels wen other hav do much to do It's only ok in emergency wen no other hotel is available
Very Friendly staff, they made me feel welcomed.
