Shame about size and comfort if the bed but everything else was our of this world !!
Staff were very friendly towards children, ensuring that they felt comfortable and included. Room was clean and tidy, although as a family room lacked enough coffee tea making facilities.
We booked to eat in the restaurant as advised by reception it was extremely busy on the evening. After the meal i requested the bill and waited over 30 minutes for this to arrive, I then waited a further 30 minutes for someone to take payment which didnt happen. Therefore having to make my own way to the reception area in order to settle the bill. Not overly impressed.
Staff Price Comfort Convenient for Heathrow
Bedroom very comfortable, the staff were very friendly.
We didn't like having to pay for parking the car.
We used this as a stop over after Legoland. The staff were really friendly. Excellent for children with children's buffet & gave the children coloring packs & balloons. Overall a great hotel choice.
The food was poor
Very professional yet personal . The staff went out of their way to make things comfortable for us
All was good
Good customer focused culture. This hotel clearly works hard to meet customer needs and make guests feel welcome. This is a great location for Heathrow Terminal 5 departures with the benefit of parking.
The room was very clean and had everything to accommodate our stay.
The noise level in the morning and also staff didn't have enough knowledge to answer my questions. The young man helping me worked for the hotel for over two year's but kept asking other colleagues for help.
The facilities were reasonable with the exception of the price, staff were pleasant, location was good.
The car parking was at an extra cost (I was referred to the small print, which I didn't read and should have, instead I relied on Marriott's good reputation which was my failure!) - parking should be free for guests staying in the hotel. Also no free wifi in rooms; this is standard with most hotel now even budget ones.
Price, Gym , pool, noise, hotel layout
cleanliness, food and comfort
.helpful staff .it was possible to leave the luggage for the day when visiting London .excellent breakfast
Location, (paid) shuttle to terminal to catch Underground
Concierge couldn't book any tickets or other items and said 'downtown Marriott can only do'. No help with luggage.
Restaurant staff Breakfast Room Comfortable (but bed very soft)
Reception initially quite offhand "Company POLICY to add security deposit" Pool - lessons made use difficult plus quite small pool for number of guests Paying extra for parking small soft double bed
Ok location. Not as close to the airport as I thought. 25mins with the bus shuttle.
The internet is payed and it costs E15 per day! The restaurant is not good. I ran out of hot water in my shower. At the end of the day the extras made the hotel super expensive and not worth it
The reception staff was very friendly and helpful!!! The room was clean and quiet.
Good location 4 taking rest of long travel. Nice leisure centre and comfortable beds. Enough space for family of 5.
Honestly nothing to say. Every thing was fine for one night.
Children enjoyed the VIK passes, made them feel important. Staff were always friendly and helpful
Don't think we should have had to have paid for parking
The staff was very cooperative, good and helpful.
Myself and 2 children ages 5 and 7. Food was lovely although evening meal pricey in comparison for the price of our 4 night stay. Small swimming pool which was perfect in the evenings. Very handy for Legoland etc. We hired a car from Hertz in Slough. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Very friendly, helpful and clean. For the price we paid it was a great deal.
Not the best location as it was near busy roads. You wouldn't want to go for a leisurely stroll there. Not enough play facilities for children. Small outdoor area but hotel could do with investing in a larger climbing frame type thing for ages 5-10.
The Hotel is very nice, great location if you need to go to the airport. Breakfast was very nice.
I did not sleep very well. Ground floor was very noisy. People don't realise there are other people sleeping. Staff was great. Very helpful but some of them looked a bit tired.
staff were friendly and overall was clean and quiet
the shower was too weak with no power of water
the childrens buffet, poor value for money and the food was awful , especially the pasta and sauce.
