It has wifi and digital tv. Window did not close and was not even sealed properly around the edge. This made the room cold and also made it very noisy as it's on a busy street. The sheets didn't look like they were changed. Lots of hairs and stains on them. I woke up at 3am from being bitten in bed by bugs or something. General room and house was in poor condition. Paint peeling off walls and radiators. No iron available.

As soon as I saw the Guest house/hotel I realised I had made a big mistake. I had difficulty finding the premises - it is not advertised in any way with a sign or other externally. The person who answered the door was pleasant but did not know I was coming and all the time I was with him he was using his mobile phone to try and confirm my booking. I provided him with the information he clearly did not have. He showed me my room which was no bigger than a largish broom cupboard. I had not been allocated a parking space, as requested in my booking and would have been expected to use a parking bay, on the main road, which was in front of other premises where cars were parked. Those cars would not have been able to get out easily so I feared for my car. I decided not to stay! You should refund my booking costs.

The staff of the bed and breakfast was always absent and the the place is really far from the centre of London. It is difficult to find it because there are signals which can show you it clearly. And there is a strange smell!!!!

Nothing in particular, no service nothing. Everything you have to manage on your own, from making breakfast for yourself to sharing bathrooms. Didn't liked the place at all, as it was quite far from the London City, you need to take a bus followed by a train to reach the city of London - Waterloo station.

While we were there my husband suffered a mini stroke and the couple running the house couldn't have been more helpful nothing was too much trouble and they went out of there way to make sure we were ok The hotel wasn't quite what we expected and it was a bit isolated if you you didn't want to drive

Absolutely nothing to like, a complete rip off. No sign outside, I arrived in the dark and spent time finding it. Owner opened door looking bored, he was dressed in battered trousers and an unappetising teeshirt. I would have left on the spot but room non refundable. Was shown kitchen where I was supposed to search trough drawers to make my breakfast. My single room was a boxroom. The smallest I have ever seen used as an adult room. About 2m50X 1m50. The paint was peeling above the radiator, the lights were unplugged and the man had to move the wardrobe to reach behind. To go to the tiny space at the foot of the bed, I was supposed to sit on the bed and swing my legs sideways. It was SO small that the ' bedside lamp' was at the foot of the bed! Shared bathroom with 2 other rooms! Absolutely appalling for £55. I left without breakfast, thinking that if any foreign visitors come to stay it will give this country a BAD name. By the way the French people's review is just as bad, but as it is in French, few people will bother to read it. This " single room" is not fit to be let at any price.

The location was excellent - on the 490 bus route from Heathrow airport and there was a Tesco express just across the road. The whole place generally seemed quite clean and the bathroom was immaculate. There was a nice big mirror in my room for me to do my make-up in. Everything in the kitchen was clearly labelled. There were fire extinguishers and smoke alarms all in place and the guy who showed me in was very polite, but they really were the only things that set it aside from any other house! Although the place generally seemed clean, I was bitten by a bed bug!!!! There was no sign outside the 'hotel' at all - only a business card stuck in the front window. I had to wait a few minutes after I rang the bell before someone came to let me in. I couldn't get the shower to give out hot water, but then that could have just been me. There was no bin in my room. The place didn't seem smelly like in other reviews, but my wardrobe stank inside and so I hung my interview suit outside. Breakfast was help yourself. The checkout procedure was unclear and I think the guy who showed me in had left by the time I did, so I left the keys in the kitchen! I won't go back, mainly because of the bed bugs.

Very little - it was convenient for Twickenham, and that's all. Hard to find - set back from road without signage, looks like any other house in the road, and isn't well maintained. House smells dirty and musty, and our room in particular smelt terrible - I think this was due to the questionable carpet. The bed was uncomfortable and saggy. Although washed, the bottom sheet was stained. The breakfast was 'help yourself to cereal and toast' style - not what I paid for. They didn't even have decaff coffee. The shower cubicle had a broken soap-dish (which had evidently been broken for some time) - I managed to cut my shoulder on it. I in no way felt like a 'guest', so the name of the business is misleading. I couldn't wait to leave, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I feel conned.

Nothing I can say...it's terrible!!! C'etais vraiment gatastrophe!! There is nobody help us check in...and there is no one staff in the room...just like a empty house which have nothing there.... And it is very very far far away from London.... It's expensive and have no one good point... The boss of this "Heathrow House Guest House" is very bad too... We order 3 night and tell them we can not be there the first night...but we will be there from the 2nd night.... The boss just give us a simgle room and give somebody else our 2 persons room... There raison is "no show"... The only bed thing happened to us was ordered this hotel.... VERY BAD!!!

Miss represented by stating 10 minutes from the airport when in fact it took that length of time to travel via taxi around the airport and the hotel is literally on the opposite side of the barrier fence to Heathrow International Airport terminal 5.

It was cheap, and on the doorstep of where we wanted to be. At the price we paid, ok. Surprisingly quiet given the main road location. Owner very helpful and cheerful. 'Breakfast' was self-serve cereals and coffee. The bathrooms are well fitted, but still being finished. The price would be a bit steep at the rack rate. Scruffy, but as a bed for the night, fine.
