This small, cosy B&B is located in Feltham, within easy reach of attractions such as Windsor Castle. Heathrow House offers a very clean, comfortable and quiet residence, with the personal touch you would expect of a small privately-owned business. A self-service breakfast is provided in the kitchen, with a selection of toast, cereals, juice and tea/coffee. Whether you are staying for one night or two weeks, everything possible will be done to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with taxis, car hire or bus journeys arranged and booked as you require. Very little - it was convenient for Twickenham, and that's all. Hard to find - set back from road without signage, looks like any other house in the road, and isn't well maintained. House smells dirty and musty, and our room in particular smelt terrible - I think this was due to the questionable carpet. The bed was uncomfortable and saggy. Although washed, the bottom sheet was stained. The breakfast was 'help yourself to cereal and toast' style - not what I paid for. They didn't even have decaff coffee. The shower cubicle had a broken soap-dish (which had evidently been broken for some time) - I managed to cut my shoulder on it. I in no way felt like a 'guest', so the name of the business is misleading. I couldn't wait to leave, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I feel conned.

No nonsense, if you want a bed for a night its fine. Access to the kitchen for tea and breakfast was good. Shared bathrooms was not realy a problem. It wasnt well advertised from the road side. A larger sign on the edge of the road would be better.

The location accessibility is excellent especially in terms of getting around, the kitchen is okay also though the main cooker needs to be repair. All in all, its a real budget hotel and it serve my purpose of last minute booking. Health and Safety is on the low side, there insects here and there and the smoke detectors are not working this gave some guest liberty to smoke despite the hotel being non smoking hotel. Its just a crash arrangement of not sleeping outside.

The bed was comfortable and I slept well. There were a number of very serious Health & Safety issues, for example the stair carpet came apart as I was going up (and the stairs are quite steep). Staff were informed. Also the smoke detector had no battery and was, anyway, broken beyond the point of repair. Also, there were some comfort issues ... nothing to go with the toast for breakfast, tv not working properly. Finally, the £79 which I booked for was not enough. Even though I had booked with a credit card, they charged an extra £4 to pay with the same card. This is nothing short of theft. Overall, not a good experience.

Oloni siellä pyrittiin tekemään mahdollisimman hyväksi. Ohjeet, miten kohteeseen pääsee, voisivat olla huomattavasti selkeämmät. Kentältä soitettiin majoituskohteeseen ja sieltä sain neuvon ottaa bussin 285 ja jäädä pois tietyn pubin kohdalla mutta epäystävällinen kuljettaja ei tahtonut auttaa eikä osannut jättää minua oikeassa paikassa, joten ajoin kilometrejä pidemmälle. Kun jäin bussista pois, eräs ystävällinen kioskinmyyjä neuvoi minut takaisin oikeaan suuntaan menevään samannumeroiseen bussiin ja vielä pyysi kuljettajaa jättämään minut oikeassa paikassa pois.

Miss represented by stating 10 minutes from the airport when in fact it took that length of time to travel via taxi around the airport and the hotel is literally on the opposite side of the barrier fence to Heathrow International Airport terminal 5.

It was a place to stay quite scary as there was no one or no reception. And no one was there on the first 2 nights. There were other people on the third night Breakfast included mango Rubican and milk and tea and cofee and bread to toast and 3 boxes of butter only and had to prepare the breakfast yourself. There was a selection of cornflakes.

“We chose this hotel because of its location for picking up the M25, M4, Heathrow only 10 mins by car, also right outside the hotel you have plenty of buses and the Underground at Uxbridge takes you right to central London for all the attractions. The check-in was very friendly and quick, room was extremely clean, very comfy bed, clean towels everyday, tea and coffee making facilities and added extras like iron, fridge, safe and free wifi. We had a great weekend and would definately use the hotel again.” Carol, Uddingston |
