Just a mile from Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 and 3, Ibis Hotel Heathrow Airport offers The Hoppa Bus shuttle service, running every 20 minutes from 04:19 to 23:00.

Pick up from Heathrow was very helpful. Driver and staff were very helpful. Very close to Heathrow T5 which is were I needed to be the following morning, and there's a free bus at the bus stop nearby that ran every 20 minutes. A couple of local pubs nearby and McDonald's was about a 10 minute walk from the lodge. The room was ok for one night, I just needed somewhere to get my head down before the final leg of my journey.
Only one shared bathroom on each floor in the lodge building. A lot of low flying planes but knowing it was close to Heathrow it was to be expected. To be honest I didn't really notice it as I was too tired from my 19 hour journey.
efficient bookings and receptionist, free shuttle to airport in the morning
no seat belts in the back row of van used for shuttle
Close to the airport, lovely staff
No wi-fi, dirty
Low price. Pub/restaurant across the street. Airport van service.
One bathroom for 22 (I think) rooms? No air conditioning.
Closeness to airport Clean sheets Powerful shower Clean shower room
Tiny room, unhoovered Claustrophobic shower room everything got soaked when the shower was on, wet toilet roll! Most uncomfortable bed ever slept on
Very close to Heathrow with two very different pubs only a few minutes stroll away.
Tiny bathroom felt like we were back on the plane.
Had a fab time I would came again
After a very long flight, this hotel was a welcome rest. The reception is 24 hours, the rooms are spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was reasonably quiet (the odd guest arriving late or leaving early, but nothing too disturbing) and the location was good - there is a free shuttle bus to the hotel until 10.30pm from Heathrow and a free public bus to Terminal 5 that leaves from just outside the hotel.
The bathroom was clean and well equipped but extremely small - and prone to flooding from the shower if you're not careful! There's no breakfast option, but that's often the way with budget places. The staff were helpful enough but a short lesson in smiling and customer service probably wouldn't go a miss. All in all, though, its pretty good for what you pay for.
Filthy Dirty Dull & damp Broken Windows No Lift Dirty Shower with Grime Dirty Shower Curtain
Not very far from heathrow terminals.
The area doenst seem to be good, very dark and dodgy. The facilities are poor, although in a fair level of cleaness, but the impression is that your are not safe. Lots of noise due to old buildings, you are paying for a minimum standard, only to repeat in case of need.
- Very Good location, only a few stations from Heathrow ariport (free bus) - Reasonable price - Staff are helpful - Hygiene is okay, although facilities looks not very clean - Perfect for a night before or after your flight
- Facilities are old, and (looks like) not very clean - noise due to aeroplane (because it is close to airport!) you probably won't like to stay in the room for the whole day
Bus from outside to take you to Terminal 5 and then underground to London
Would have liked to be able to get breakfast as although there was a pub over the road selling breakfast it didn't open till 11am!!
1) Location - this hotel is just 10 mins away from the airport (T5) 2) Commuting - a bus stop is just outside the hotel. It is possible to catch a bus to/from T5 for free and very early in the morning 3) Cost - if you have a limited budget and need a place where you can spend a few hours before your flight - this hotel is one of the cheapest in the area 4) Food - breakfast isn't included in the price, which is good especially if you have to leave the hotel very early in the morning to catch your flight. There are a few pubs and 24h McDonalds (need to walk a bit further down the road) in case you get hungry
I stayed at this hotel in January this year in a room with ensuite. The room was located in the main building where a hotel reception is. There was a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The room was reasonably clean. However, the bathroom was so small that it was almost impossible to use it. It would not be possible to take shower without touching the shower walls or toilet. Second time (31 July 2014) I booked a basic room with a shared bathroom. The room was in the separate from the reception building (3 bed house). There was no light in the bathroom and it was not very clean. The room itself was tidy and had a sink in it. However, there was no TV or tea/coffee making facilities. It was very hot on that day and the room was very warm. We couldn't open a window because of the noise of departing planes.
Free bus to& from heathrow
Early flight had to get up at 4, didnt get to sleep til 3 due to other guests the hotel didnt do anything even after i complained. Fire alarm went off & they couldnt reset it for 2hrs. Overall not impressed, never again.
Close to the airport and free 6min bus taking you there (also free shuttle service run by hotel)
Tiny bathroom Paper thin walls, kept awake by neighboring room talking all night long.
Close to airport Good staff Free airport shuttle Good TV
Under flight path (noisy) Window wouldn't close Ensuite terrible No remote for TV
Was easy to get to and free bus close to location, Room was great size and got a great sleep
It was a better place than a terminal to spend the night. Also, it has quite easy and free connection to the airport.
I don't expect much from a motel where I just want to spend the night between flights, but there could be at least free wifi in the room.
Very close to terminal 5, and cheap for the location. Ok for one night.
Staff weren't particularly helpful and room was very small - especially the bathroom, which was tiny. Room also looked dated and it was quite noisy.
could not have asked for more for a night near the airport even got a hairdryer and coffee and tea and the bus driver to the airport was a delight thank you
Very cheap and close to Heathrow.
Not that nice, a bit dingy. Wouldn't stay for more than one night.
Price. Location close to Heathrow. Free airport pick-up and drop-off sevice.
Great that there was a free bus from Terminal 5 to the Heathrow lodge and also a free shuttle bus to take you to your terminal. I was expecting a room with shared bathroom in the corridor and when I arrived I found I had been allocated an en-suite room, which was a lovely surprise.
Not having free Wi-Fi facility.
The best thing that I could say is that I didn't come home infested with bed bugs.
This place was hard to find, smelled of deeply imbedded cigarette smoke, had plastic covered springs for beds and the best thing I can say is that I did not come home with bed bugs. The youth of the world could undoubtedly stand the place, unfortunately it isn't cheap enough for the youth hostel crowd. I was a hostel user in my youth and, frankly, they were generally nicer.
Arrived in afternoon and spend one night people was great ro clean and quieted shutter service on time and free
