We slept and ate and used their wi fi. Basically, it was a place to sleep before our flight. Very noisy. The bathroom was miniscule and the beds were absolutely horrible. |

Very convenient to the airport. The room was clean and was comfortable for what we needed which was an overnight stay after a very long flight. The rooms were very small and the ensuite was small but as it was inexpensive we didn't expect luxury but it would be better if it was a little bigger even if the charge was more. |

The hotel was basic but clean and it was very convenient to the airport. The heat in the room - it would be a good idea to instal a fan for the hot weather |

Close to Heathrow (£7 by taxi and on a bus route) and good pubs close by for food. Bathroom was small - we're talking miniscule but functional. Only one sheet supplied on the bed and one towel was very small. |

The efficiency of the staff and the closeness to Heathrow. The breakfast basket was great too! Unfortunately we struggled to sleep due to VERY noisy young guys fooling around inside and outside the lodge. They should have been fined and taken care of by the staff. |

The girl in the dining room was lovely, friendly and welcoming. I felt the place could do with a clean up especially the corridors. The place looks a bit worn out and scruffy. |

Close to Heathrow, staff very nice about giving directions to return rental car, and about providing shuttle to airport. One pub across the street, but no other place to get ice or anything else. |

Without a doubt, the proximity to Heathrow Airport is this hotel's main attribute. The street outside is rather pleasant and the hotel is clean and functional. |

The transport to and from Heathrow was fast and reliable. The Whitehorse pub down the road was the only saving grace for our stay at this hotel. It smelled of vomit, springs in the beds stuck into your back, heater wouldn't turn off and ticked all night, curtains so light that you may as well not have them, shower to small to wash a cat in, Oh and the aircrafts!! |

The courtesy bus was speedy and efficient. the room I was given did not even have the bad made up. I had to request a different room, which had a clean bed made up, but everything else was grubby. |

Heathrow Lodge was convenient to the airport. I was arriving late in the evening and needed an inexpensive hotel near the airport for one night. The Heathrow Lodge met that requirement. (1) Not air conditioned, so had to open windows, but it is close to the airport. Airplane noise was a big problem. That is why I marked "Poor" for Comfort in the table above. (2) Their bus runs only at certain times. If you arrive outside those times, you are on your own to get to the hotel. Despite that, I feel the value I received for what I paid was fair. |
