I love the location. It is very close to terminal 5. They will pick you and drop you from the airport. In case if you come late. The city bus 423 just out side of the terminal 5 . At bus stand 7. You can ride it for free. Just tell the driver you will be getting off at next stop.

Having read several poor reviews I was apprehensive. My stay however was superb and far outranked the Premier Inn and Travelodge nearby where I have stayed on previous trips. The shuttle picked me up at Heathrow and returned me to Heathrow in excellent time and with a really courteous, pleasant driver. The desk staff at the hotel were courteous friendly and a pleasure to deal with - other far pricier hotels could do with some lessons here! My room was clean and warm - spotless in fact and yes the bathroom was small but no smaller than one in the travelodge so no complaints here. All in all I would rate my experience here highly, you couldn't find anything cheaper and it was as clean and comfortable as anywhere else. I would definitely recommend. I would also say that people who have run it down probably are very disatisfied grumpy people because it certainly surpassed my expectations of an economy hotel.

Close to Heathrow and shuttle service to Terminal. We had a twin room. Small room, tiny ensuite, the shower is too small to use.

It appeared to be the cheapest hotel close to Heathrow & it provided a free shuttle to & from airport every 45 minutes. The rooms were small & the bathroom tiny. Bed was uncomfortable. Next time I will pay more.

Nice tv that worked. Bathroom en suite. Beds comfortable. Tea and coffee making things. There was a smell of faeces in the bathroom. A good air freshener would help a lot. Staff talking loudly late at night. Could have done with more milk.

I particularly like the pick up at Heathrow Airport. It is much more convenient than getting a train and trying to get somewhere for the night. I would have preferred to have something besides coffee and tea to drink in the room, I prefer something besides cereal for breakfast.

Amenities were good, including Internet access and a free shuttle service to the airport. Given the distance from a shopping centre, Heathrow Lodge provided necessary extras such as sandwiches, snacks and drinks. There is a pub nearby but no automatic teller for those short of cash. A single shared bathroom/toilet for guests without ensuite accommodation seems a little inadequate.

Stayed 2 nights hallf way through a shower it went cold ,complained to the staff they said they would get it fixed , tried again the next day it never got warm at all , no hot water in the room ,when I complained they told me I could go over the road to the other house for a shower ,well when I get up I dont want to walk over the road in a towel !! The room was cold and not enough bedding . There was only enough tea ,sugar and milk for one night ,it was not replaced on the second day .They put us in a house over the road after we paid parking that we didnt need !!

Smallest hotel room ever! The bathroom made an aircraft toilet look normal sized. The walls were just a tad thicker than my daughter's scrapbook pages. A wake-up call was totally unnecessary because we could hear everything said and done within a 100' radius, just like there were no walls at all. The shuttle was over twenty minutes late. And something common with hotels, which is stupid and very annoying - they charge for WiFi.... This not only is petty, and annoys their customers, but it prevents their customers from using any alternative they have. But were running low on - such as us. We were saving our last fifteen minutes of self-powered WiFi for lhr, All they have to do is buy a router - a one- time expense - and add a pound to their rates. They make more money, but attract more customers. Lucky they only charged said rates...any more would be a farce.

I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. It was good to have a good tv and the reception staff were very helpful. The wireless internet did not reach to my room, and the bathroom was quite a long way from my room. But I would still stay there again.

I was so pleased to stay. Most of all I liked the value for money, the cleanliness of the hotel, the simple elegance of the rooms and the bedding was warm and cosy. The closeness to the airport and facilities around the hotel (the pub across the road and being on the bus route) was an advantage. I definitely will return in the future when I am in London again. Of course being so close to the airport has its advantages and disadvantages because the hotel lies on a flight path but after a couple of hours I got used to it and because I was so busy during the day, sleeping was not a problem and quite frankly woke up refreshed.

The room was clean and comfortable, with TV coffee/tea making facilities reasonably priced. I needed somewhere for just 1 night near Heathrow. Free transport to airport was good. Shared bathroom but didn't matter for 1 night.

Only the location. It was over priced for what it was. They did not even provide a second sheet for the bed---just a bottom sheet and a dirty comforter. I had to request one. The shower worked poorly and the toilet control pane fell off the wall. The shuttle wads slower and less frequent than the actual public bus line, which I took instead. Very noisy, thin wall required payment in advance, no help with local directions, had to pay for wifi and couldn't understand their accented speech. There was nothing good about this establishment.

Location - easily accessible by public transport (virtually to the door) from central London - one tube journey (Picadilly Line) to Hounslow West and one bus journey from opposite station to front door of hotel - total cost approx £4; total time approx 45 mins. Great free shuttle service at 6am prompt to terminal 1 within 10 mins Very low price for London region (approx 1/3rd of Premier Inn quote) Friendly front of house staff Two pleasant pubs within 1 minute walk TV didn't work (not yet upgraded to digital). Shared bathroom could have been monitored / cleaned more frequently - e.g. there were empty shampoo sachets and a broken light fitting on the floor of the 1st floor annexe bathroom. Nearest shop was a petrol station about 15 minutes' walk away - worth buying sandwiches or snacks before arriving at hotel.
