Comfortable mattress

No reading light. TV good size but awkardly placed. Room was tiny. Heat pipes banged all night. Airplane noise pretty awful.

Fit my budget very well, and provided personal transport to the airport. Also close to food venues, and the subway into London via Heathrow. Staff handled any requests made with efficiency.

A computer station for guests would have been convenient, as I did not have other means on this trip.

Close to airport, shuttle service, pub nearby

shuttle service arrived 20 min later than advised, needed to make 2nd fone call. Windows poorly insulated, noise from aircraft caused use of earplugs

Perfect if you have an early flight. Clean cheap and close to the airport. I would come back again

clean, very accessible to Heathrow by bus free and can travel after to city center by underground and price good for Loodon,

the bathroom was very small and the internet not accessible at all, should not put it as an on thing to hotel facilities.

Convenient stop to attend a very early departure flight at a fair price.

Payed connection to internet. Nowadays, nearly every Hotel offers it as complimentary.

cramped rooms, uncomfortable beds, rodent (mice, rat) entering the bedroom through the skirting board/hole in the plaster....horrible experience.

Welcome from reception woman on weekend and helpfulness of other staff. The lounge was good. The White Horse is a plus. Very clean and close to Terminal 5.

Hard to get used to compactness of actual bathroom.

tiny bit hard to find, BUT, if keep eyes open and alert and follow instructions, and use the phone. it is really easy!

Close to the airport, free morning shuttle. If on a budget and need accommodation for one night between flights its all you need.

Very very budged, the beds were not comfortable, bathroom was a bit gross. Wouldn't stay there long term.... More than one night?

TThe price, if you just want a bed for the night its ok.

The rooms were very shabby and could do with a repaint job. the bathroom was dirty, The pub across the road was a kip!!

Budget price, Heathrow Transfer

Bathroom/toilet facilities too small. Impersonal service. Bedroom facilities were minimal, e.g. only one light with the switch by the door.

Easy to find, helpful staff; and a reasonable room - especially at the price I paid - with free transfer to the airport. Much less hassle than an early start to get to the flight on time!

Absolutely nothing, no saving gracws at all.

We left at 4 in the morning after giving up on sleep. The comings and goings from the room next door and the many unsavory people wandering around the hotel knocking at the room next door throughout the night. We decided that going to the airport 4 hours early would be more relaxing and it was. Do not ever stay in this hotel it is hell on earth.
