Quite close to Heathrow, there is a free pick-up/drop-off service, very inexpensive charging for wi-fi internet usage was annoying, difficult to get into London, very noisy due to being under a plane take-off route (probably could benefit from an extra layer of glass on the windows). Tiny bathroom was okay, but the shower curtain had plenty of mold... |

The shuttle was very conveniehent for the pick up from the airport and the dropping back in the morning. I was grateful for the courtesy tray provided. On my second stay 23/24 November the room was at the end of the corridor on the ground floor but the bathroom was on the first floor ie along the corridor and up stairs. The main light bulb blew just after I arrived and the replacement would not work. I was told I would 'just have to manage' and I was too tired to do otherwise. |

The only thing I can say about the hotel is that I slept with my wife while our valuable staff under our pelow, you really fell that someone will get inside the rome. It is sutable for horer movies. By the way I ordered cot for my baby before I do the booking and when I get to the reciption and they told me that it will be provided, but in fact our lovely baby slept between me and my wife |

it's very good to stay for a night if you have to wait the flyght for the next day. it's cheap and close to airport. and the staff was excellent. [The only problem was the TAXI from the airport to the hotel. They can ask huge amount to do just few miles. better ask and contract the price before. I connot believe how much they asked us, the first one from the airport]. |

The bed was comfortable and room was agood size. The noise from the bathroom downstairs, staff not willing to collect from airport as requested in booking. |

Staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you We would have found it easier to get on the Hotel shuttle bus, but the driver arrived quite quickly |

location of the lodge is good, quite near the airport and with free shuttle to the airport. very poor cleanliness of the room, no telephone in room, noisy, room on the ground floorn near to the main entrance, bath-room smells of urine, room-space is very small. |

I was glad of the shower after a long haul flight and a comfy bed. Also I was transported free of charge back to Heathrow to get connecting transport home. I would rather have had breakfast with other guests in the breakfast room/conservatory than have my breakfast served to me in a basket that I ate in my room alone. |

I liked the fact that the place provides transport from and to the airport and that everything pertaining to the hotel was explained beforehand. The heater bars should be cleaned, otherwise spider webbs can be visible behind the bars as it was the case with mine. |

The motel is very basic but clean and in an excellent location for catching an early flight from Heathrow. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the motel provided a shuttle to and from the airport at certain times throughout the day. The noise from flights overhead. |
