Dåligt bemötande, ingen koll på bokningar. Segt och tog lång tid.

Bra hotell för ett mellanstop på vår resa. Inget flärdfullt, men bra pris och nära flygplatsen. Mycket trevlig pub, White Horse, i byn.

the staff was very friendly, excellent customer service skills, the room was very very clean, comfortable, quiet, all in all i would recommend it to a friend and i would stay there again .

Very close to the airport. Free shuttle to and from the airport.

The ceiling of our room looked a bit moldy.

It was cheap, it was right next to the airport, there was a good pub across the road which had inexpensive but nice meals and free wi if. Parking was available at a small cost, there is a free shuttle to the airport, the staff are friendly. Surprisingly the planes don't seem to fly late a night so being on the run way isn't a problem, you can get amazing views of planes landing, walk down the road and stand right underneath the approach, cool!

No free wi if. A bit noisy as guests arrive and leave at all hours.

Cheap, cheerful & friendly. Nice pub across the road for a meal.

Very basic, hard comforts, damaged walls and grubby furnishings.

the rooms are big, clean and rooms are warm

we stayed last year and there was a problem with the so called free shuttle. we had a problem this time as well and ended up getting a taxi there and back so didnt end up a cheap stay and staff are un helpful and really dont care. I wont stay again.

The price and comfort of the facility was excellent.

The rooms could be a little more cosy

Lovely surprise in that the basic single rooms were better than I thought and had more facilities in the room than advertised. The bathroom was also clean and left tidy.

The argument taking place at midnight between a guest and the reception. Bit of noise in people walking around.

airport pick up sink in bedroom made up for shared shower facilities (both were clean) tea/coffee facilities in room very very close (12min walk) to Heathrow T5, from hear it's a 10min free bus to T4 if you're outside the hotel shuttle hours

it is noisy from airport traffic (flight take off/landing), take earplugs. It is budget and only useful to heathrow travellers, given my low expectations I was pleasantly surprised

Normal room with basic facilities very good when you need one night stay close to the Heathrow Airport. Free shuffle was also brilliant.

It's a great value for money and had better facilities than I expected for the amount paid. Helpful staff at the reception. Had room services come to change bedding and towels every morning

Had a problem with the heater and it wouldn't go off so had to sleep the first night with windows wide open and noise from airplanes through the opened window. Even though the staff were helpful in coming to check for what the problem was, I had to report the issue several times before my room could be changed Good location but no convenient shops around.

The curtousy bus, the tea/coffee maker/ the television!

No light meals or wi-fi! The only eating place, pub, only opening at 11 am for breakfast!

the shower didn't drain and there was no one there to fix it. they didn't even fix it...

I like the location, easy access to Heathrow airport, Slough, and Hounslow. Also the free shuttle bus from Heathrow Terminal 5.

Didn't like the shared bathroom because its away from my room. No restuarant in the hotel. The eletric kettle for coffee making was dirty.

The price was fantastic. The airport metro station is really close and if (when) the Picadelly line works, you have a direct connection to the centre. Although we had a shared bathroom, the premisses were clean all the time. The windows isolate well from the constantly landing/taking off aircrafts but it might get a bit tricky in summer when it's too hot and you need to open it. Whereas the walls don't isolate very well :D

Although the metro station is very close, the free shuttle has very limited timetable.

shower historically blocked and tiny. not allowed to use any phone in the place-even if we paid!!!. T.V.remote not issued until the morning we left!!!

Clean, comfortable, good value for $ & well positioned. helpfull staff with minor lanuage problem
