Children and extra beds
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per stay for cots.
All children from 2 to 8 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 9 to 16 years are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Very convenient for the centre of York, spacious room with good batroom, excellent breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Hotel car park is a little difficult to find on first visit, but is very convenient once you know how to get there. |

The choice, variety and standard of food was excellent. I was in the attic - no lift - three flights of stairs and the last flight was narrow. Also the flow from the shower was very poor. |

We loved our stay at this hotel. We had a large newly refurbished room which was extremely comfortable. The only problem we found was the room was very warm as the weather was particularly hot. No problem though, they happily provided a fan. We enjoyed ourselves so much we asked if we could stay another night. Unfortunately the room we were occupying was booked out but we were given another very lovely room to the front of the building. Breakfast was piping hot and the staff very attentive. All in all we had a grand time and would definately return. |

部屋の床が歩く度にぼこぼこで気になった。カーテンがレールから外れていても直さないのが不思議だった。デ- ィスポーザブルのシューポリッシュがあり使おう思ったら、誰かが使用した後だったので捨てたが、翌日補充は- なかった。部屋に置いてあるコーヒー類も補充はなかった。1日目も2日目も料金は同じなので、補充されても- 良いと思うのですが。イングリッシュブレックファストはおいしかったが、ベーコンの裏に髪の毛が付いていた- 。 机に上に読書灯が欲しかった。夜の11時にヒーターが止まるので、夜間の部屋、トイレは寒いです。ヨークの- ガイドブックのバウチャーは有効に活用できました。 |
