I liked the look and layout of the Hotel and thought it was clean, tidy and pleasant to look at on the inside and outside. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and spacious, as was the en-suite bathroom. I coundnt find any faults with the hotel. |

On the whole my stay at the hotel was good however please note comments below. I was extremely frustrated that the desk when I was checking out (0635 am) was manned by somebody a night porter who was not empowered/trained to provide me with my invoice and allow me to validate my bill and make payment this was very dissapointing indeed.I had to wait for it to arrive in the post. |

The location was ideal for all our needs and ideally situated to access the local major roads, we also liked the swimming pool. The price was on the steep side for a hotel that was more akin to travel inn standards. The food was awful and very over priced. We thought we would be staying in a stately home/hall but were actually in a modern annex as the "Hall" was the reception, restaurant and conference rooms. |

Staff were very nice and helpfull. Some carpets were dirty and hall walls need painting its a nice hotel but that lets it down. Two mattreses to make up the queen size bed also disapointing. |
