Leisure centre and staff The food in the restaurant was awful. It was over priced and really not even worth half the money charged. I asked for some vegetables instead of rice. The old Ratatouille comes out enought said!

Staff/location/room/building/break- fast. Referring to would I recommend. Yes but with the warning that we found it noisy, Unfortunately there were other residence who were up and about almost all night banging doors and talking loudly. Someone also had a TV on until 3am. Consequently we got very little sleep and were absolutely wrecked for our journey home.

Good level of cleanliness and general provision in rooms. Could be better regarding value for money - for £59 a breakfast should have been included.

The bed was really comfortable. The window was open when I went into my room and it took a while for the room to heat up. The menu was fairly average and didn't have a lot of choice. The TV and remote didn't seem to be synchronised and was confusing. The bathroom has some cracked floor tiles.

spacious hotel and rooms very nice - as were the staff and facilities. Excellent meals, not many guests but first class restaurant. Great service throughout stay - a friendly but very professionally run hotel Car park is a few hundred yards away behind Leisure Club - you can walk this comfortably but not sure how secure the car park is.

The hotel was comfortable , clean, and all the staff were very polite, helpful, and pleasant. It was ideal for a quick one night get away. The food was very tasty, and well presented. Having stopped at many other hotels the price was comparable, and was what I expected to pay. The room was clean and comfortable, with only a few minor details that could be looked at. In all a very enjoyable stay. Our room had a slopping roof above the bed, which caused a little difficulty for someone with restricted movement. The toilet extractor fan was very loud, but didn't remain on long. The jacuzzi used the same water as the pool and wasn't very hot.

The food in the restaurant was poor and did not offer value for money. All the food had clearly been bought-in ready prepared and showed little flair.

Attractive hotel. Good value for money. Quiet. Room service. Restaurant is vastly overpriced with fixed menu. Should be more suited to casual dining in the week. People there for work do not want a 3 course fine dining experience. Only other option is to eat in your room. Room is as basic as a premier Inn but suits an overnight stay. Not 4 star experience though.

I liked the external approach to the hotel and reception are was welcoming Simple!!! Standards, service and price was diabolical. I booked a upgrade room and what we got was 2single beds pushed together, no hair dryer, only one towel and 2 of us stayed. No tissues- no shower gel or any kind of bathroom toilet utensils. The cost of food was ridiculous £9.75 for a baguette!! When I complained upon my departure all I got back was I will inform customer service!!! First time visitor and not to be repeated!

Most as above in section 2 Room service, quality of meal was very poor didn't finish it. (Chicken Pasta dish) chicken was too tough and had gristal in it, which made it unplesant to eat. Not asked at check out it everything was okay (which they normaly do), I may have mentioned it then.

Location The dinner we had together with friends on the evening of Friday the 30th of November was without doubt the worst meal we have ever had in many years. Firstly, to be told that we had to go to our table (booked for 20-00) at 20-30 as the chef would not stay late if we did not come soon was bad enough but then our steaks were undercooked and full of fat, the wine arrived and was not poured, no bottle cooler provided and NO WINE GLASSES, we had to ask for them and there was only one other table of guests in the entire restaurant, truly appalling service from the ill trained staff, our evening was totally ruined. The prices charged in the restaurant are not at all balanced by the quality or level of service one would expect, overall we found it to be a very tired, run down hotel in desparate need of re furbishment and quality staff training.

It's just off the m18 which makes it idea for meadow hall shopping and the leasure facilities are excellent. I would have booked directly on the hotels web site but found it very frustrating which is why I ended up booking through yourselves but on arriving at the hotel I found there was a shop till you drop tarriff which would have been more suited to what I wanted.

A good hotel. A warm welcome by the check-in and check-out staff. Easy access. Having only stopped one night and not taken a meal. The stay was too short to make further detailed comment.

Nice building, convenient location, We were in an executive suite but was dissapointed there was nt even any complimentary water on offer. When I used the hair dryer it smelt of burning, I rang down to reception and it was replaced. Ordered a newspaper for the following morning which I did nt receive although was charged for it ! thought the room rate should have included breakfast , this was £12 extra each!
