Comfortable room, well-appointed.

The restaurant and bar food was too expensive for what it was.

The staff at Hellaby Hall made a good weekend break into a wonderful weekend. All the staff were very accommodating. Two outstanding members of staff who both went above what I would have expected to make the experience a truly memorable weekend and ensure that I would gladly recommend to my friends and customers, so, my thanks to Liam from the Carnelli bar and Emma on reception. The facilities on offer were very clean, tidy and every bit as you would as expect from a hotel of this kind. The food was very good although we never made it into the restaurant. We found ourselves having room service or from the bar menu. The food was excelant and although there was limited vegetarian options, the chef made a special meal just for us. Once again my thanks to a wonderful team. I look forward to returning to Hellaby Hall.

Convenient and friendly hotel.

Carpet in the room was dirty and the lighting was poor.

Good location close to motorway and countryside. Friendly staff on reception. Rooms were well equipped and free wifi was handy. Breakfast was ok.

upgraded executive room was a twin room with beds zipped together which was very uncomfortable and formed a ridge as only a sheet covered the zipped area, with no matress padding. Received a refund of £20 when complained. In future I would just book a double room.

The bed was large and comfortable.

You needed sat nav to find our room! The corridors are long and we had to travel in two elevators to get there.

The biscuits in the room were good and bed was comfy

No room service menu, when you are staying on your own you don't want to eat in the restaurant, also the info in the rooms needs updating it said the spa was open until 9pm when the website said 6pm, I missed the opportunity after reading the later finish time and not being back at the hotel in time

We really enjoy staying there as it is in a perfect location for the conference facility we were visiting over the weekend. Excellent staff, fab breakfasts, clean rooms and great facilities, pool, gym etc. Good value for money. We will be back hopefully next year.

Very friendly staff. Room was spacious and we were put in a quiet part of hotel because of our baby which was good. Breakfast was hearty and we enjoyed the pool. We would return.

The facilities were very good and the Hotel was pleasantly quiet. Bed was excellent and the room was of a decent size. The breakfast was all that I wanted out of it, good variety and better than most places I have stayed at.

Lack of information in the room, ie, was the internet available to all customers and if so, how did one access it? That's about it really.

All the staff were friendly and helpful.
