Julie the receptionist was extremely helpful Loved the swimming pool and sauna etc Breakfast was really good

The staff at Hellaby Hall made a good weekend break into a wonderful weekend. All the staff were very accommodating. Two outstanding members of staff who both went above what I would have expected to make the experience a truly memorable weekend and ensure that I would gladly recommend to my friends and customers, so, my thanks to Liam from the Carnelli bar and Emma on reception. The facilities on offer were very clean, tidy and every bit as you would as expect from a hotel of this kind. The food was very good although we never made it into the restaurant. We found ourselves having room service or from the bar menu. The food was excelant and although there was limited vegetarian options, the chef made a special meal just for us. Once again my thanks to a wonderful team. I look forward to returning to Hellaby Hall.

Very friendly reasonably priced accomodation.

The staff were all superb and friendly, the facilities excellent and the accomodation ideal.

The biscuits in the room were good and bed was comfy

No room service menu, when you are staying on your own you don't want to eat in the restaurant, also the info in the rooms needs updating it said the spa was open until 9pm when the website said 6pm, I missed the opportunity after reading the later finish time and not being back at the hotel in time

The staff were brilliant restaurnat evening meal was excellent

No wi-fi despite advert on website! Twin room yet towels for one person only!

Room was spacious and bed was a good size. Clean and roomy. Access to spa facilities and beauty salon

Staff were not openly helpful. Would advise if asked but no-one volunteered anyone to help with bags when I arrived very late and laden down. Quite a walk from car park with luggage. Lots of stairs to breakfast area and no obvious signs of lift or guidance to it when asking for directions to breakfast. Perhaps would be more helpful if somone was more obviously disabled - hope so.

Lovely setting for a friends wedding and wedding was exellent

Overpriced bar, not enough staff in bar area plus what sort of bar runs out of glasses when theres a weding on

Annoying walkie talkie cinversations in restaurant between the waitress and kitchen staff
