The bed was very comfortable and the room service very nice. The room was quiet (apart from some noise in the corridor outside the room during cleaning) )and we did like the design in the room very much. The hotel has a calm atmosphere in general. The reception was very friendly. The bathroom! The design was interesting but the functionality (esp. of the taps) suffered a lot. The fixing of the TV on the wall needed replacement. Some renovation is needed in order to achieve the status that this hotel really deserves. |

Staf vas very nice and helpfull.Rooms was clean and stylish.All in all a good experience. Not quite enough hangers in the closet for 2 adults. |

Friendly staff and a warm, comfortable atmosphere. The room was delightful and suited to my expectations. We throughly enjoyed my stay. |

The location was excellent and the the staff were pleasant and helpful. The style of the room was not to my liking, but that isn't a complaint, more just our taste. |

The location, the athmosphere, staff are nice. It is getting old, floors are not well isolated, not everything works perfectly any more. |

Het personeel 1. De tv was in een gans andere kamer......2. In deze plaats ontbrak er aan een comfortabele zetel om gezellig de tv te beklijken..3. De deur was totaal niet geluidsdicht...4. Door het design van het douchegordijn, liep onze badkamer volledig onder water....5. De cuisson van het eten was overdone |

Das Hotel ist ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art. Die Innenarchitektur ist sehr interessant und die Außenanlage mit der "Rasenfläche" ist sehr beeindruckend mitten in London. In dieser sehr ruhigen Lage stört das plötzlich auftrehtende Geräusch der Untergrundbahn in der Nacht bei offenem Fenster. |

The hempel est un lieu zen, silencieux ou apres une bonne journée à Londres vous aimerez poser vos valises... Classe, propre, jolies chambres mais le tout sans aucune prétention, un palace qui vous met à l'aise ^^ Il n'y a pas de musique dans les chambres !!! aucune prise ipod ou chaine hifi, le seul moyen est de selectionner un type de musique sur la télévision et surtout payer 5 pounds pour écouter cette musique... Un peu cher pour les préstations offertes ! |

Uniek hotel op leuke locatie. Vlak bij hide park, goede service vriendelijke bediening Het hotel dat ooit zo hip en trendy was is stilaan wat versleten aan het worden en dat voel je in de details van afwerking. Minimalisme is mooi maar moeilijk om te houden... |

Mooie kamer, zag er netjes en schoon uit, personeel is erg attent en vriendelijk, liging vlakbij station in een nette wijk. minibar en ontbijt waren erg duur. Kamer was wel wat gehorig, vooral in de badkamer wat achterstallig onderhoud, lekkende kraan, vochtplekken plafond en muren. |
