Oaspeţii se pot relaxa în grădină Zen sau se pot bucura de o masă bună la restaurantul elegant. Dormitoarele în stil japonez oferă un TV cu ecran plat elegant şi Wi-Fi gratuit. Băile somptuoase includ halate pufoase şi articole de toaletă de designer, iar unele au căzi scufundate din piatră. Restaurantul No. 35 serveşte un meniu creativ sofisticat şi o listă extinsă de vinuri. La lounge barul No. 31, cocktailuri exotice şi tapas din întreaga lume sunt servite la lumina intimă a lumânărilor. The room was great, the view of the garden was lovely. There was a private party in the garden on the only night when I was there, so I didn't get to use it at all. The next day there was a clean up operation in full swing, so I didn't get to use it again. I would have liked to make use of it since I was staying at the hotel. Also, I was massively overcharged on my bar bill and this was only found out at my request, when I asked to check the bar bill. The barman was lovely, but how it was possible to charge for something like 77 tomato juices (when my friends had 2) I don't know.

Great service upon arrival. Excellent bathroom. Room very warm, lighting a bit old fashioned, can't be switched off from bed. Restaurant staff not good.

Location is good. What can I say, typically London: overpriced. Noisy, small rooms, a wall in front of the window, bathroom not heated, and the staff not professional.

The position is fairly good; the overall structure of the hotel is good; nice to see the zen garden (even if the grass is ..fake) if you have the chance to overlook it from your room; my room was quite a large room, plenty of ligth and sun at dawn. My first room at the 5th floor had a wall in front at all the windows...unbelievable, worst than in a prison!..I Managed to change it and then the room was wery good, even if the furniture need a refresh. possibly the ratio quality/cost is not a good one

Pas digne d'un cinq-étoiles... Nous avons été réveillé le dimanche matin avant 9:00 par un membre du personnel de l'hôtel qui tambourinait à la porte sans raison depuis 5 bonnes minutes et qui s'est excusé quand j'ai ouvert la porte sans donner d'explication. L'hôtel est très bruyant, les chambres sont mal isolées.La personne de la réception manquait de naturel, avec une sorte de sourire figé désagréable. Cette personne m'a demandé le journal que je souhaitais avoir au petit déjeuner, sans me préciser que c'était payant, même si c'est une petite somme, ça la fout vraiment mal pour un pseudo-5 étoiles (le journal n'était pas le bon by the way). Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel qui vaut à peine un 3 étoiles.

Locatie, incheck, beschikbaarheid van de kamer, design. Service in het restaurant laat zeer te wensen over.Vooral door gebrekkig taalkennis van het personeel en slechte logistiek in de keuken. Niet voldoende ervaring bij het personeel.

Desing elegéns, letisztult Ablakunk alatt kibírhatatlan zaj volt a szomszéd szálloda egyik berendezésétől. Szobacserét kaptunk, de nagyon kelletlenül. Még a személyzet volt megsértődve.

Rustgevende tuin, fijn ingerichte kamer, mooie lobby.. Een beetje meer (inbegrepen) verwennerij zou fijn zijn voor een 5-sterrenhotel.

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage: 5 min Hyde Park, 15 min Oxfordstreet zu Fuß. Designhotel mit Wohlfühlcharakter, was unter anderem an dem überaus bemühten und superfreundlichen Personal liegt, findet man in dieser Form ganz selten in einem 5 Sterne Hotel. traumhaft schöner Garten , Frühstücksbüffet so appetitlich und frisch !!! Nicht überladen mit unnötig vielen Aufschnittsorten, aber das was Angeboten wird Spitzenklasse! Zimmer sind schon etwas älter aber nach wie vor wunderschönes top gestyltes modernes design. Kleinigkeiten bei tageslicht zu sehen, wie Fugen etwas kaputt , oder lackierung an den möbeln etwas angekratzt. Aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört... weil der Gesamteindruck des Zimmers und Bades einfach nur schön... Unser neues Lieblingshotel in London! unbedingt an der Bar einen Pimms Cocktail trinken...

Personnel très attentionné, Hotel bien situé Chambre trop petite et sans baignoire vs prix élevé, peu d'espaces communs agréables (pas de salle de sport, bar très petit, couloirs très petits) : l'ensembe est un peu étriqué
