The friendliness and attitude of the staff - they were attentive without being overbearing and made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The shower in my room (number 17) was a bit amateur in the way the shower screen had been installed. |

The staff were very friendly and I was made to feel at home. The room was beautiful and clean, plus it was lovely to stay in such a beautiful building. |

The staff were very helpful and the food was excellent. Set in a location near to shops but felt one was in the country. Great value for money with excellent cuisine. Would reccomend to all, business and families. We liked it all but would suggest more coffee and milk in the rooms provided as more than one coffee in the room would have been a preference. |

We were told that breakfast was included in the price when checking in but on checking out we were told it was not and had to pay 15.00. Also, we stayed in a family group and all of us were charged different prices for different rooms. Not sure how they work out there prices! |

Really impressed with what is obviously a recent refurbishment in restaurant and outside dining area. Great country house feel and very friendly staff. Liked the oak floors downstairs and flat screen tv and wired internet in the bedroom. |

We only stayed for a few hours as we had an early flight out. But your hotel was nice. Thank you. The bed creaked all night and we got very little sleep. |

My room was very cold. I wasnt told that breakfast was free with the room. When I asked about breakfast I was told it was a set price of £9 per night ontop of the room price and it was £9 even if I only wanted toast and coffee. I didnt eat in the Hotel the first morning as I felt it was far to expensive for just 2 items. I was told on my last day that the breakfast came with the room price |
