The staff were friendly and helpful clean room service at breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent. Have given details to a friend who will be visiting london soon.

We received an upgrade to a junior suite and the rooms were very comfortable and quiet

The hotel is comfortable and the staff are friendly. It is not as formal as bigger hotels and has good parking.

Although much work has been done on the exterior there is still more to do and that detracts from the appearance of the place. Drain pipes need repair as well as window frames.

On the day of our departure we were treated very unprofessionly by the reception staff, have sent a letter of complaint to the management.

Some of the staff were excellent and did their job well

Breakfast. Great on paper. Poor in execution. Tea dished up early, soon gets cold. Cooking so-so. Suspect the cooks do not eat their own cooking. Some ignorance in presentation of cold fruit and other detail work poor.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the car park was useful and the accommodation very comfortable and clean.

It was convenient for my business in North London,was clean and comfortable to a fairly high standard.

The hotel has recently changed hands and there were signs of improving the decor ,which was tired and in need of improving.The breakfast was fine but evening dinner was expensive and pretty average.
