We were impressed with the family room which contained a separate area for the children to sleep in (divided by blackout curtains) so they wouldn't be disturbed by the TV or lights. Good value for money. Recently refurbished so facilities were in good, clean order. The rooms didn't seem to be very sound proofed as we could hear other guests in the middle of the night (but it was mainly due to a toddler screaming, so no doubt the whole hotel could aswell!)

I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful - genuinely so. Poor wi-fi reception in the rooms. Had to go into public area to use.

Staff helpful Not set up positiveley to have evening meals... Encouraged to be bused to nearby sister hotel. Limited bar facility and normal hotel facilities on site, a dormitary budget hotel at a higher price.

The staff were excellent... polite, friendly, and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent and the paninis served in the bar were most enjoyable. Some aspects of the room and bathroom were a little tired.

A pleasant hotel, quiet but with good access to Birmingham & motorways. The lacl of evening restaurant facilities, particularly as the hotel is in a quiet setting, was a disappointment.

Pleasant location near Henley in Arden. Staff were helpful & pleasant. Grubby. Rooms need complete overhaul. Bedroom had dirty run marks down the walls (condensation?) and skirtings were marked and dirty. Bathroom was absolutely basic although sink and toilet themselves were clean. Window frames etc dirty. Hotel itself looks like a tenement block of council flats. 'Communal' areas such as bar were basic but sufficed.

This is a low-key hotel with friendly and welcoming staff, perfectly adequate bedrooms, a good breakfast and easy parking. For these reasons I have stayed here on several occassions. Other guests tend to be holidaymakers and tradesmen working away from home. The WiFi is poor.

Nært til golfbanen og fin hente/bringe-ordning mellom golfbane og hotel. Vennlig, serviceminded betjening. Støy fra veien. Lytt fra rommet ut i gangen. Trist innredning på rommene.

The parking was convenient. The room's are small and there is no bath. There was also no cold water in the hand basin, making the tea making facikities obsolete. The bar and restauarant area are more reminiscent of a cafe than a 3 star hotel. Very disappointing.

Quiet location, even though it was just off the main road.Friendly and efficient staff especially as having pre-booked an extra bed in the room, on our arrival, the hotel staff had no information about this and I had to point it out on my print out of the booking confirmation. The manager was very apologetic and did however swap rooms for us straight away and we were able to check in and go to the room. On our returned from our evening out, the extra bed had been installed in the room. In general the hotel was basic but clean, however the room was in need of refurbishing, the runner on the bottom of the bed had some dubious looking stains and the bathroom could have been cleaner, also the toilet seat wasn't the right size for the toilet which was a little uncomfortable!

Service and breakfast were good The rooms were very dated and small for a £77 per night hotel. The bath panel was hanging off in the room, paint was chipping from the walls, the netting in the bathroom was moldy and not sewn properly, the shower hose was old and kinked so water did not come out effectively which meant either a cold spurt of water or a boiling hot one!! This hotel room was not value for money in any way - I would have been happier paying nearer to £55 - £60 for the room - £77 is FAR too much for the state of the room.
