how close it was to Earls Court Tube which was fantastic! Its like 1 min walk away! Staff were friendly the price was good compared to other london hotels but still pricey if on a budget trip although I don't think you would get this standard of hotel which was overall good for any less in fact you would get a hotel which is alot poorer for alot more money I think. Also room service was good. Carpet in the room really needs replacing everything else was really clean also TV didn't work very well. We were given a basement room so we had no view whatsoever and security and privacy was a bit of an issue. |

Location just off the Earls Court Road which for ease of travel and shops hotels in the area was excellent These comments are not a general criticism but the hotel was described as recently refurbished, perhaps several years ago would be more appropriate eg tv had a very poor picture, electric cable for kettle had been partly metled and would probably have not passed a PAT test |

Very convenient to Earls Court Station (Picadilly line to/from Heathrow) via Earls Court Rd. Noisy fan in bathroom- ran a long time after. Messy backyard view- not a big deal as thick curtains could be drawn and we weren't there much except for sleeping. |

Friendly staff. Excellent location near Earl's Court Tube. Elevator. For the money, you would go a long way to find better! Rooms tastefully decorated, but looking a little tired. |

4 Night stay - very good location (right around the corner from Earls Court Tube), plenty of places to eat/drink. Free WiFi - big plus. Room was clean enough. As with most London hotels - small rooms/bathrooms and thin walls, You can hear the tube trains (even on 4th floor) very early AM and Late PM - but not bad. Breakfast choice is OK but limited. |

The location - in a quiet square yet so close to Earls Court Station. The excellent, friendly reception staff. The efficient lift. The quietness within the hotel. The good coffee at the good continental breakfast, included in the overnight charge. The free internet access. Thank you. I will come again. Duncan Reeves |

Location was pretty good for the rate. Breakfast was included and its quality was good enough. I stayed a single bed room for one night, and I think it was a little small to stay more than one night. But, considering the rate for the location with the rate, it could be OK for a short stay. |

Good hotel, good location, good price, good staff, not bad breakfast, internet available in the rooms. Decoration a little bit tired, they don't change beds when house keeping. |

It was clean and plenty of hot water, towels and bedding. Location was ideal for Earls Court Exhibition Centre. Decor dated. Breakfast was unnecessarily basic. |

Free tea + boiler in room, free wifi, good location: close to tube, quiet, nice neighborhood. Pleasant breakfast room. Free tools hidden on window frame ;) Staff was polite and efficient but not pro-active and considerate (such as asking whether you want tea for breakfast). Room was called a double but would have been rather smallish even for a single. Light switch in bath was hardwired to extremely noisy ventilation. |

Good location, Near city centre and tube station just 100m far. Free internet. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Single rooms are quite small but reasonable. Poor breakfast choices. |

Staff seemed to care and tried to put right the wrongs immediately Bed covers that needed a good wash. Tube train running close by for a light sleeper not a great experience. Shower room that had poor drainage so all towels had to be placed on the floor |

The staff were helpful. Close to Earls Court tube station, and shops (but not to the point of being noisy). The breakfast was adequate. Pleasant view of Barkston Gardens. Tea/coffee making facilities. Was pleased to have a stereo in the room. The cramped shower wasn't enjoyable. The window needs repainting, but at least it opened and closed ok. Room has a tired/dated look. |
