“ Hotel has all the basic facilities. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I was on the 4th floor but that was not a problem with luggage as they have a small elevator which saved me carrying my luggage up and down stairs. I appreciated the location as it is only 5 minutes away the London Underground. ”

The staff is as kind and helpful as can be. The location is simply perfect: 200 meters from Earls Court, in a quiet and beautiful street of Kensington. The breakfast room (conservatory) is full of light and cozy. Room #1 for two people is very large and very quiet. Room #1: the rugs are not only old but ancient. That would be acceptable if they were clean... And they are not. Fragments of someoneelse's nails were on the floor... Imagine the dust etc. There are no security gates at the windows, and the room is on the -1 level, I.E. everyone could get inside it from the street. The air circulation system in the bathroom doesn't work. Room #24: the room is tiny for a double room. The paving is very noisy. The rugs are ok, but stll not very clean. Tapestry is ancient. The air circulation system in the (tiny) bathroom doesn't work, and the whole room is mouldy. Even though the prices are "low" comparing to other neighbour hotels that are far worse than this, they are still quite high...

Location is excellent and very handy to Earl's Court Station and a wide selection of amenities on Earl's Court Road. Room reasonably comfortable and quiet. Bathroom clean and modern. Very nice continental breakfast with option for full cooked. Staff very courteous and helpful with information including making a taxi booking on our behalf. Room a little on the small side. Lift very small. No bar fridge in room to be able to keep drinks cool.

Typical English hotel. The best: great location, very helpful personal, everything is clean, comfortable bed, wide screen tv, and free wifi included. Breakfast a bit basic if you really like a good and big breakfast, I would just add fresh fruit and some charcuterie.

The good thing about Henley House was its location. Extremely close to Earl's Court tube station which made going into central London pretty easy. We booked a double bed room, but when we got there we were given a room with one single and one double bed (capacity for 3). This made the room a little small for us with the unnecessary bed. Additionally, our tv didn't work, and there was no lock on the bathroom door - just a hole where the lock should have been. The curtains were a yellow color so in the morning, the room was extremely bright which made it difficult to sleep in. On the first morning, the cleaner knocked twice and then just came in without waiting for a response which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I don't think the room was well represented in the photographs and considering the price, I would have expected us to have a working television and a lock on the bathroom door!

Hooray they had an elevator, didn't have one the last time I stayed here I liked that they put me in a twin bedded room and I only paid for a single!! The facilities en suite were great, as was the fact that I came back to my room and it was clean, bed made. And the Continental breakfast was superb, croissants, cheese, eggs, boiled to your own specifications, and coffee. It is very close to the Earl's Court Road tube station, which made my travels good. Otto the night receptionist, was very helpful with my request. I didn't care for the stairs after you got off the elevator on the 3rd floor, until the receptionist Roberta, told me I could go up to the 4th floor and there were 2 steps down!!!

Nice staff. Decent breakfast. Clean. Newly refurbished bathroom. Great location. Not overpriced at £69. My bed was not comfy .. very hard. Room 1 in the basement was noisy from the street and every word of passers by loud and clear, and then from early morning (4 am) very noisy rubbish collection. The footsteps of people returning and moving about in reception area above was very intrusive. I had requested a quiet room. A room at the back is probably lovely!

Staff at dining room and reception very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood with pubs and resturants. A minute walking away from the tube station. The carpets which need urgent replacement. Some low fat cheese or yogurt to the breakfast would help.

Good location for visiting Earls Court Exhibition Centre. Nice location facing a garden square. English breakfast was at extra cost. Carpets and wallpaper a bit frayed but a renovation has just started.

Location Tv remote didnt work Hotel hounded me for card details even though I had agreed the booking.com terms around cancellation. They had the wrong card security details apparently but made me feel like it was my fault and told me I would not be permited to check in after 3pm without paying over the phone. I did this with the same card details I used on the site. Thats why I wont use this hotel again

Location is super, it's 2 min walk to underground station. The classic traditional building with cosy room. You can order a English breakfast, but for me was enough a continental. Stuff is very friendly and helpfull. Good Wi-Fi connection. The building has traditional windows which open by rise up, and it was a big gap between it. In winter it is became a cool in room

It is located 3 minutes away from Earl's Court tube station (which is near to lots of shops, pubs, restaurants, a chemist and a post office), the bed was confortable, the room warm despite the lack of double- glazed windows. The breakfast was very basic (little choice in terms of cereals, no cold meats, there is a charge for sausage/full English breakfast). It is near-impossible to shower without the water getting everywhere as the shower head is fixed to the wall. The room had a dated look and the cleaners did little more than making the bed and tidy up the bathroom.

me and my fiance stayed at the hotel for almost a week. I had spent a lot of time finding a decent hotel at a decent price and i have to admit that Henley Hotel was much better than we expected. Very friendly staff, very clean room, comfortable, with private bathrooms and generally a cozy hotel. only 3 minutes walk to Earls court station, a few good pubs a minute away. we had arrived at 9 in the morning and even if our check in time was 14:00, they gave us the room right away. breakfast was ok the only think would be that the WIFI in the rooms even with a powerfull signal, was going online and offline for a couple of days and they said that they would fix it

Adequate for an overnight layover in London. Very inexpensive and in a great location mid-point between heart of London and LHR on Picadilly Line (Earl's Court). Not staffed during certain hours so if flight is delayed there might be an issue with checkin. Shower drain still had some hair from previous guest. A few clothes from previous guest still hanging in closet - very odd. Heat seems to be turned off during the night so the room got really drafty and cold.
