Excellent location near Earls Court tube station. The room allocated to us was was spacious and staff were friendly and professional. For the price - the accommodation was good. There was a gaping hole in the bathroom ceiling. Bedroom decor needs refurbishment. |

The location was very good few steps from the tube. The staff was friendly and efficient. It included American breakfast but it was too simple (cheese but not ham) no fruit. The ventilation fan in the toilette was not working |

The location is convenient - 30 mins gentle walk - for the Olympia conference centre, which was my reason for choosing this hotel. The young(er) female receptionist was very helpful. Easy transport links to most places around town. The bathroom, though old-ish, was very clean. The carpet, wall coverings and furniture seem really worn. For the amount I was paying for a single room, I was expecting a higher standard. |

Very good location (direct underground line from/to Heathrow Airport) and environment, beautiful Victorian building, twin room is comfortable and rather big for 3* hotel but -> see the negative part "-". Our room (N°1) was on the basement floor (we were refused to change - no vacancies), so the window view was awful (household equipment and street walkers' feet above...). There is also much noise outside (even if the window is closed) and upstairs (we couldn't sleep well). It smells dust in the room because of carpet that needs to be cleaned better. Staff is correct enough but not very amiable. |

We loved the balcony room and view over gardens and the conservatory for breakfast Would have liked the conservatory to have had some better planting and have been cleaned on the outside, carpets a bit worn. Fridge in room would have been nice if only to keep some fresh milk in. Matterest ia little hard. I only say this for you to use for future improvements not because we wereunhappy in any way |

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and made sure I knew about the facilities that were available to me. Nothing was too much trouble. I also liked the fact that I was able to leave my case safely, in a private area until I returned from my day out. Whilst my room was clean and tidy, it was not as private as it could have been. I think it would have benefitted from having something at the window as well as curtains i.e. voile?. Also, the shower curtain smelled and could have done with being washed or replaced. However, these small things would not prevent me from staying again. |

I liked the whole atmosphere of the Henley House Hotel. The staff were all friendly, kind, and helpful. I was very comfortable and enjoyed the music that was playing in the reception area. It was like my home away from home. Nothing at all, My only worry is that I won't be able to get a reservation there when I go to London again, which happened to me last year. |

Free wi-fi, friendly personnel, superb location and clean room. Rooms urgently need refurbishment. It looks like nothing has been done on them for 20 years. Reception should work longer hours on weekends. Breakfast could be better. |

We found the hotel convenient for our two night stay in london with the earls court tube just a few steps away.the breakfast was adequate.the room was clean ,yet small, but suited our needs.the area surrounding this property is pleasant ,& offered a good choice of restaurants/pubs.the staff were helpful , & attended to the small problem with the bathroom door. The price is always an issue in london, I thought it a little expensive for this type of hotel. |

Beautiful victorian building traditional for UK. Nice room, quiet enough space in bathroom. There was a balcony with view of splendid garden across the street. It was a pleasure to drink coffe/tea at the balcony. Nice breakfast although it was continental. no. |

Just 150 metres from Earls Court Tube Station, The Trebovir was fully refurbished in February 2009 and offers air-conditioned en suite rooms with flat-screen TVs at great-value rates. |
The Mayflower has bright, stylish rooms with Egyptian cotton, ceiling fans and marble bathrooms with walk-in showers. It is close to Earl's Court and a 2-minute walk from the Tube. |
The refurbished and tasteful Hotel 43 is a few minutes walk from Queensway, Notting Hill, Hyde Park and Paddington Station, with the Heathrow Express just round the corner. |
Located just west of the chic shops, restaurants and bars of Knightsbridge, this stylish, contemporary designer hotel and event venue was designed for fashion, music, media and corporate events. |
