Have stayed in about 7 hotels in the last 2-3 months, this was the worst. Customer services non existent. I asked about the breakfast and was told it started at 8.30 am. Why include it if you are planning it at a time so late that most will have to skip it? When they were told that both of us (in 2 single rooms) had to check out before then, we were just told to pay up, not that they would try to accommodate us for the continental breakfast. The beds were all up against the windows which had a huge draft and the noise was unbelievable. They switched off the central heating as well so it was about 0 degrees ( snowed that night) and no heating and I was frozen half to death. Never book this hotel, 3 stars are a joke. |

Very nice staff. Near to Earl's Tube metro station. Free wifi. Breakfast included. Room was a pleasant surprise: it was bigger that we thought. We really liked staying here. |

Not much - you get what you pay for Cracked Sink, dirty shower curtain, claim to have WiFi but no reception anywhere in the hotel, tv did not work. Reception does not open until 07:30, no breakfast until 07:30, etc,etc |

It was very quiet despite being in a busy area of London. The front desk staff were helpful. The overall condition of the room (i.e. worn wallpaper) was a little less than I expected, but it was still comfortable and rather quaint. |

Having read through Tripadvisor reviews this hotel came off very well. We were not disapointed. The hotel was well located and suited our needs for exploring south west and central London. The room was small but nicely furnished and comfortable. The continental breakfast was excellent and the service was friendly and efficient. |

Excellent location near Earls Court tube station. The room allocated to us was was spacious and staff were friendly and professional. For the price - the accommodation was good. There was a gaping hole in the bathroom ceiling. Bedroom decor needs refurbishment. |

The location was very good few steps from the tube. The staff was friendly and efficient. It included American breakfast but it was too simple (cheese but not ham) no fruit. The ventilation fan in the toilette was not working |

The location is convenient - 30 mins gentle walk - for the Olympia conference centre, which was my reason for choosing this hotel. The young(er) female receptionist was very helpful. Easy transport links to most places around town. The bathroom, though old-ish, was very clean. The carpet, wall coverings and furniture seem really worn. For the amount I was paying for a single room, I was expecting a higher standard. |

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff especially after I discovered I left some clothes in the room, It was all found and stored until somebody could pick it up for me. Breakfast was bacis but good. Carpeting could do with replacement |
