Having read some reviews suggesting that you should avoid this place, I booked, with easy access to the Royal Albert Hall being the main reason, with some trepidation. I need not have worried. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and clean...the bed very comfortable...and the breakfast plentiful.

This is my favourite small hotel in London, it is like home from home and very secure. Extremely efficient and polite staff, and the standard of cleanliness and comfort is exceedingly high. You would need a microscope to find a pathogenic organism here! The lift has always been in working order on my visits. The Manager who is always impeccably dressed, s if about to attend a board meeting, is very polite and treats one as if one was paying for a five star hotel. Having breakfast in the atrium is a pleasant experience. I wanted to stay on the Monday night but it was fully booked, and one needs to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. A real gem.!

The staff are very helpful, if you need any directions or advice on undergrounds or buses they are there to assist. The Hotel allows you to leave your luggage there for the day if you are going to the Earls Court exhibition centre or anything near by.

Homey atmosphere, excellent value, spotlessly clean, good location, will accommodate minor requests--don't over do them. Near m & s Simpy Food/Odd-Bins-- for healthy take away and bottle of wine/ coffee shops and pubs. Decent continental breakfast good tube stops Ear's Court et al. Walls a trifle thin. Carpets on stairs worn thin--but very clean

The location is top of my list. The hotel is quiet and comfortable but not luxurious. The breakfast is adequate and the staff are very quiet and helpful. While the rooms are very comfortable, there is a slight draft from the windows. The hotel is old. Is there a single room rate. I couldn't find a single room on the website?

This is the second time I've stayed at Henley House with my mother. Room 32 is a nice spacious well furnished room. There was absolutely no noise. The breakfast was European, ample enough, and the coffee is good. Some fresh fruit would be nice. At the corner of the street is a nice pub that makes its own delicious pies. A m&s food hall is on the other corner, and the tube and a lively high street is just around the corner. Can't beat the location/price. I'll certainly go back.

Very close to tube station(2 mins walk). Staffs are very friendly and kind. We arrived London at 6am and the staff allowed us to put our luggage in the lobby first so that we could have breakfast around Earls Court Station and back at 9am for check-in. McDonald's, Burger King, kfc, Starbucks, diners, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are only few steps away.

Its proximity to Earls Court Tube Station is excellent. Getting around in London was extremely easy due to the location. The beds were also very comfortable and the room was quiet at night. The room should be equipped with a bigger tv.
