Verry nice breakfast, large rooms, friendly staff, beautifull house!
Small bath, cold breakfast room. But, i'd really go back again ;)
Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating - smashing location. We drove and had a parking permit, parking down the road from the hotel. Lovely room that mum and I shared and the breakfast was superb. My second visit :-) very likely to come here again when visiting Bath.
We had the top floor room-this wasn't a problem but the radiator could have been warmer.
Big room Well furnished Friendly staff Great breakfast Convenient location
Lovely helpful staff and a fantastic location.. Good breakfast
A group of 4 friends stayed in the garden suite. We chose this as it had two bedrooms and a sofa bed so everyone could be accommodated. The Sofa bed was dreadful, very uncomfortable and past it's best. The Z bed that was initially offered was totally inadequate for an adult. The other beds were not particularly comfortable and the decor needed attention - a shame as for £230.00 per night we expected more.
Close to City Centre and transport, Staff were excellent, breakfast was great.
Only minor problem if one was sleeping - floor boards creaked a bit.
Very friendly people running this place. Good English breakfast and wifi. Short walk into beautifull city center.Nice classic house which stylish interior and nicely decorated (keep it like that it is perfect). Spacious building. Lift available. Excellent two plate lunch at the 'pump room restaurant' at the Roman Baths for 16£ with live music in an historical building.
Parking can be difficult to find. B&B has three private parking spaces but expensive at 12£/day. Alternative is one of the three P+R parkings. Parking is free there and you only pay for the bus to the city center at 3£ per day return valid on the same day.
What a find, lovely reception from chap at front desk, gorgeous period bedrooms, fantastic walking distance into town, definitely stay there again!
Fresh apples and biscuits made by the chef left in our room which was a nice gesture.
The banging noise from the heating system but this was quickly and efficiently sorted out by the guy on reception, so not a problem really
The easy comfort of the accommodation and the friendly, yet unobtrusive attention of staff. The location is peaceful, the breakfast outstanding!
The setting, decor, staff and food were excellent.
As I was travelling on business I had to skip the complimentary cooked breakfast because that didn't start til 8.00. But staff kindly let me have cereal etc earlier.
From the moment we walked through the door we were looked after and made welcome. Room was well equipped. Big choice at breakfast and lovely extra touches as you'd find in a restaurant. Short stroll into City centre.
Great location,fantastic atmosphere,friendly staff,magic experience!
Very accommodating staff the only improvement in the room would be a comfortable armchair. Great breakfast quality and choice
Antique furniture, lovely staff, delicious breakfast.
That we couldn't stay longer!
I liked everything about this Bed & Breakfast Hotel which is central to all amenities in Bath very clean and comfy the staff are friendly helpful and very informative regarding places to see and eat Olaf was a great help and made it even more special for my daughters 30th birthday
there was nothing I didn't like
We were looking forward to our return visit to Bath and Henrietta House. We were not disappointed. The hotel location is brilliant, walking distance to all main attractions of this very beautiful city. Breakfast is exceptional, special diets well-catered for, huge variety, ample portions, and very fresh! Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff on reception and in the breakfast room. Lovely hotel building and cosy room. There are no negatives, deserves a 10 rating! This was a great start to the New Year!
The staff could not hAve been more helpful or friendly. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible.
location and fine old house
Friendly staff and great breakfast.
Old and uncomfortable beds- they tried to accomodate a family in one room which we appreciated but the beds were terrible-camper beds and we were over charged for what we got. hardly slept at all.
Enjoyed the stay however breakfast was a little slow in being served
Wonderful staff, nothing is too much. The location of the hotel is very good, close by to everything. The room was very big and clean. The whole building itself is very clean and beautiful, with excellent decor.
Plesant staff , happy to help in any way. Quality of breakfast was excellent. Cleaning was good but were areas that had been missed.
Olaf was very friendly. On site car parking. Close to all shops and amenities. Fantastic breakfast.
Bed was a bit soft for us!
A fantastic place in the very centre of Bath, very reasonably priced, and with excellent staff - a special thank you to Olaf on reception. I'd happily stay there again.
Excellent location. Lots of character. Breakfast was lovely.
No phone in the room to call reception and our room was on the third floor.
