The friendly and helpful staff ,The bed was an amazingly comfortable experience and the breakfast was one of the best weve ever had.
Right in the centre of bath, easy to get to, staff were excellent. Breakfast in the morning was great, would definitely stay here again
Location, staff were prepared and very helpful in a professional and personal way. Room quiet, large and well decorated with tasteful furniture
There was a problem with the hot water in the morning and so we said on leaving. This was handled very well with a reduction in a fee and a commitment to address this as they did not expect this to happen. Well done as it is how a problem is managed that matters
Location was brilliant we were able to walk everywhere and pop back when we liked. Receptionists very friendly, nice breakfast.
Lovely character but felt there could have been a few more 'treats' for the cost of the room, which was warm, clean but fairly basic.
Lovely room and lovely staff, great off road parking
Nothing, there is no bar but the location means there is no need for one.
Breakfast was excellent
Great location with a warm welcome on arrival. Clean accomodation and splendid breakfast.
Would have liked an armchair in the garden suite!
The member of staff who greeted us was very friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. Room was large and vrry clean
Nothing. Spot on.
Great breakfast too!
Paid for a parking spot out back as the road outside was full.
Great location and very kind staff. Beautiful architecture with modern touch and didn't lose the great Georgian characteristics.
Breakfast was ok but was not what we expected based upon the previous reviews.
Verry nice breakfast, large rooms, friendly staff, beautifull house!
Small bath, cold breakfast room. But, i'd really go back again ;)
Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating - smashing location. We drove and had a parking permit, parking down the road from the hotel. Lovely room that mum and I shared and the breakfast was superb. My second visit :-) very likely to come here again when visiting Bath.
We had the top floor room-this wasn't a problem but the radiator could have been warmer.
Big room Well furnished Friendly staff Great breakfast Convenient location
Location, staff and room
Another guest left at 5.30am not very quietly
Lovely helpful staff and a fantastic location.. Good breakfast
A group of 4 friends stayed in the garden suite. We chose this as it had two bedrooms and a sofa bed so everyone could be accommodated. The Sofa bed was dreadful, very uncomfortable and past it's best. The Z bed that was initially offered was totally inadequate for an adult. The other beds were not particularly comfortable and the decor needed attention - a shame as for £230.00 per night we expected more.
Close to City Centre and transport, Staff were excellent, breakfast was great.
Only minor problem if one was sleeping - floor boards creaked a bit.
Very friendly people running this place. Good English breakfast and wifi. Short walk into beautifull city center.Nice classic house which stylish interior and nicely decorated (keep it like that it is perfect). Spacious building. Lift available. Excellent two plate lunch at the 'pump room restaurant' at the Roman Baths for 16£ with live music in an historical building.
Parking can be difficult to find. B&B has three private parking spaces but expensive at 12£/day. Alternative is one of the three P+R parkings. Parking is free there and you only pay for the bus to the city center at 3£ per day return valid on the same day.
What a find, lovely reception from chap at front desk, gorgeous period bedrooms, fantastic walking distance into town, definitely stay there again!
Fresh apples and biscuits made by the chef left in our room which was a nice gesture.
The banging noise from the heating system but this was quickly and efficiently sorted out by the guy on reception, so not a problem really
The easy comfort of the accommodation and the friendly, yet unobtrusive attention of staff. The location is peaceful, the breakfast outstanding!
The setting, decor, staff and food were excellent.
As I was travelling on business I had to skip the complimentary cooked breakfast because that didn't start til 8.00. But staff kindly let me have cereal etc earlier.
From the moment we walked through the door we were looked after and made welcome. Room was well equipped. Big choice at breakfast and lovely extra touches as you'd find in a restaurant. Short stroll into City centre.
Great location,fantastic atmosphere,friendly staff,magic experience!
Very accommodating staff the only improvement in the room would be a comfortable armchair. Great breakfast quality and choice
Antique furniture, lovely staff, delicious breakfast.
