Perfectly located, beautiful, period décor, clean. Delicious home cooked breakfast with local produce. The staff were very friendly and helpful, taking bags to room and allowing to leave bags before checking in.

There is a lift but not all the way up to the top (attic) room. Not a problem for us and only to be expected in a Grade 1 Listed Building.

Staff and room were excellent as was the breakfast room and breakfast offered.

Henrietta House offers the very best Bath accommodation option. Just around the corner from Argyll Bridge and practically next door to Henrietta Park. We had one of the smaller, simpler rooms overlooking the back garden, lovely,quite and perfectly formed. The breakfasts, beautifully cooked, the little biscuits left in the rooms each day to be enjoyed with your in room tea or coffee, the sitting room, the wonderful staff, all made our Bath stay truly memorable.

It was perfect.

This small hotel was located in the centre of Bath 2 mins walk from shopping centre, nightlife and resturants, yet positioned in a classic georgian street of townhouses. It was quiet at night, even though we had a ground floor front facing room, and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was mostly homemade/local and delicious. Our standard room was large, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel to couples looking for a city break with a classic georgian feel. There is private or street parking for a small fee. You must try the homemade granola!

The small room is underground and it is really noisy in the morning after 6 o'clock. It was supposed to be a holiday for us but we cannot get any sleep after 6am.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and although we had booked the smallest double room, it was big enough and had a balcony. The breakfast was absolutely delicious!

The blind in our room needed to be wider to stop the early morning sun pouring in.

Henrietta House is a little gem and one of the nicest hotels i've stayed in. The staff were pleasant, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were all unique and tastefully furnished. Breakfast was enjoyed enormously by myself and my three girlfriends.. the Morello Cherry jam was scrumptious. Cant wait to return..Well done Henrietta.

The room is slightly small.

From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort. Breakfast was great...much better than I have found at a hotel buffet and they have a menu from which you can order for eggs and pancakes, etc. As we checked out, the friendly host asked me what our plans were for the rest of the day and I said we were going to the Thermae Bath Spa, and with no hesitation, he said "Hold on a moment" and came back with towels that we could use at the spa to avoid paying the towel rental fee at the spa. He didn't remind us to bring them back or tell us he'd charge us; he just trusted us....that is the sign of great service. Of course we brought them back when we returned to pick up our luggage. In summary, the service at the hotel was impeccable and I would definitely stay there again!
