Firstly the staff on at reception should be able to communicate fluently in English.Secondly we were put in room 2 which was totally unacceptable, the noise of the underground was unbearable and the size of the room for two people as unacceptable. |

Henry VIII, Should not be seem as 4 star hotel; no minibar in room, a/c installed but not working, room worn down, carpet with wear holes, creaking floors, wallpaper with holes. Staff better at Spanish than English. |

Friendly helpful staff and great value breakfast. Useful restaurant guide to eating out locally. Quiet location but easy access to the Tube. Will definitely use again. |

Location The room was so small, and the wind blew from the window ... The air conditioning was out of service, too. Problems even to use WC, because no space to sit comfortably. |

The staff was polite, the breakfast was good, the position of the hotel is good, few minutes walk to Bayswater and Queensway. The size of my room was so small I could open the closet door only to half because my bed was too close to it. I know it is London and the sizes of the single rooms are small, but having in mind that it is a 4 star hotel, the single rooms should have a little more space so that you can at least open the room door without fear you will damage a peace of furniture. |

I thought the staff were very nice and when I needed my room changed they were quick to make that arrangment. The room was tiny and irregularly shaped. During first night, there was jackhammer work outside for several hours. We were thankful that we were just there to sleep. The toilet worked with difficulty and the bathroom was very small. However, for all the problems the staff very kindly moved us to another room for the second night. |

It was close to the shopping area. Yes, the breakfast was very poor. Very dissappointing compared to the amount we paid for the room (GBP 130) per day.The reception arranged a taxi to the airport which was a pirate taxi that drove to the whole town to fetch a couple from another hotel and we came late to the airport. We did not ask for a pirat taxi. The taxi driver wanted the full fee to the airport. |

The breakfast was excellent. The situation was central but quiet surroundings, no noise. Maybe it was a bit "worn out" and the room was not too big. However, the bathroom was suprisingly big |

the reception staff were very plesant and helpful. I got a good deal (it wouldn't have been worth the full quoted price though) The location was excellent the bar stock wasn't good (beer was cloudy) and bar staff was a little rude (she said it wasn;t the beer that was cloudy but the glass that made it look cloudy!) |

Good location close to Hyde Park, excellent buffet breakfast. The hotel is on a quiet street and we were not disturbed by the usual city traffic noise. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a good value for money hotel for central London. |

With an excellent central London location, next to Gloucester Road London Underground Station the hotel offers friendly, personalised service and air-conditioned en suite rooms at great-value prices. |
Ideal for family getaways, this brand new 4 star deluxe hotel is located on the doorstep of the London Eye and is minutes away from many of London’s favourite tourist attractions including Big Ben and... |
Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
This partly refurbished Victorian hotel is in central London, 5 minutes’ walk from Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and Bayswater / Queensway London Underground stations. |
