Location, staff's professionalism, breakfast.

Room was a bit small, the bathroom was not up-to-date (a little wear and tear), no slippers or shower cap (which is standard for a 4 star hotel)

breakfast good lots of choice. staff friendly. rooms clean. fair price for london. liked the area, near park, tube station,and some shops and restaurants. nice quiet street, in nice area.

Our room was very clean, and the staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is located conveniently to 3 tube stations, and just a couple blocks from Kensington Gardens. There are restaurants and shops close by.

Like most London hotels, the room was not large, and the bathroom was quite tiny. But I wasn't in London to spend time in a hotel room.

The price was good for the time as all hotels were full in London, well that should have told me something was wrong...

This is not really a four star, I have slept in much better 3 stars. Really the furniture are old, carpet old, no minibar in the room (surprising for a 4 star...), Slowest WIFI on earth, I mean this is a joke you just cannot work on that. I ask for an advice about were to go out, the guy sends me in a really boring Pub while you had plenty of other great places around...So I would say if you are looking for a very low key 4 star, then why not but I will not recommend this place to anyone...

Excellent friendly staff from Christina at the reception to the breakfast staff. We requested early access to our room and Christina gave us a triple room (we are two) right away. The breakfast was excellent and the free Internet.

The only negatives were the lack of a fridge in the room and our inability to open the window due to security.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Queensway tube ideal and loved keningston park. The bed comfy and clean.

My god the rooms are tiny i mean really small its a shame cause everything else was good.

The hotel charges 4 star yet provides a 3 star experience. It is very tired and in need of a refurbishment. Some examples - corridor fire doors creak and slam such that we could sleep from around 7am, floorboards squeak, curtains are very lightweight so don't keep daylight out. Additionally, bathrooms are very small, buffet breakfast selection is limited, toiletries are of low quality. The hotel next door, The Blakemore is a much better option - not necessarily are more expensive but has 4 star quality bedrooms.

The dobbelroom was the smallest I ever seen. The bed was small. the bathroom was very small and it was only shampoo for the body, noe hear shampoo. Old hair dryer, no minibar, no aircondition. No security for the luggage room. The door was open. The luggage was put on a number and we get the same number to ask for the luggage. The room was open and nobody aksked for the number when by departure. We have ordered room by Booking.com a lot of times. The description on webside lies. It was expensive and absolutly not value for money!!! We will never reccomend this hotel to our friends, we will warn! Please send 50% back.

Single room with a kiddies bed!!!! To change your mind you had to move out of the room and the window was so small and high on the wall it reminded me of Nelson Mandelas prison cell!!!!! Totally depressing and cut the stay short and booked out asap! Staf had a "dont care attitude, its not my problem" and they did nothing to try and get a room with a bigger bed! Sorry Henry you deserve all you got back the. And now!!!

The hotel for the price was accessible for the tube stations. It was clean and the buffet breakfast was good. Safe storage of suitcases.
