The staff are pleasant and helpful and the location for central London is excellent. First impression of the hotel is good, but once in the rooms you can see the quality drops significantly. |

The pool. Friendly staff Room was a bit tired. In need of decoration. However, this didn't effect the holiday in any way. |

Staff were helpful and friendly. Wi-fi internet was available throughout the rooms. Very central and pleasant location. Breakfast was good on the first day but a little less on the other days. Rooms was smallish but I expected that as that is what i paid for. |

Staff were quite friendly and helpful. I was at the hotel for 4 days. I lived out of my suitcase as there was no chest of drawers to place my clothing. I did occupy a room for a single. Not enough bath soap provided in the room. |

Convenience/location only Room was small and did not have the facilities/equipment I'd expect in a 4* rated hotel. That said, it is possible that I was given one of their "lesser" rooms, as I booked on the day and at a competetive room rate. |

Hotel was quiet. Terrible hotel for an alleged 4-star. Rooms are in urgent need of refurbishment. Carpets full of stains. Mattress hard. No air conditioning. Shower temperature impossible to control. Corridors depressing. Worst of all was breakfast - no decent choice of fruits, tea and coffee is self service from a machine and buffet consisted of mushrooms and warm rice - nothing else! I had to ask for a proper cooked breakfast every morning. |

Nothing. Very dirty, small and old. A two star hotel. The carpet had holes in it same as the walls, the room was incredible small, the bathroom was very very tiny, they should change the stars into a two star hotel. |

There was nothing much to like aside from the location of the hotel which was convenient. No staff, inadequate bar and food facilities, generally very poor |

Central quiet location, clean . Breakfast okay. Not 4 * hotel by any stretch of the iminagination. Tiny rooms and miniscule bathroom. Stayed in room 116.Water dripping from ceiling in bathroom beside lightbulb. Rang reception and staff member arrived. Explained danger element and eequested another twin bedded room, she replied "turn off the light and have a shower" . She left room and I anticipated a phone call but I had to go to reception 30 minutes later to ask what happening. She was dismissive and curt. She offered a double room, not acceptable.Offered a triple room which I went to see. It smelled of mustiness and was beside the lift, where you could hear every noise of lift and movement of lift. Used the room to shower in. I advided staff member of sitruation but no further contact from anyone in hotel.Stayed in 116 and showered in 118.No apology and defensive. |

The location is excellent. Breakfast is good. The women working at reception were very helpful and friendly (in contrast with the moody men). Rooms were clean. I was first given a small room (room 419) behind the lift (a lot of noise both from the lift and people going in and out): TV didn't work (remote taped together) and shower was broken). They couldn't give me another room until the nex day. This new room was much better, until it started raining - both outside and inside! After this I was given a double room which was big and clean, but very 'old' (worn carpets, etc.). |

The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel is listed as a 4 star. My double room was barely a 2 star. Dirty walls. Chipped, old, simple furniture. No ac. Room was above train tracks - constant noise. Tiny tv. No bath (only shower stall). And above all - The rooms was so tiny, there was No space to move around. |

it was easy to find, staff were helpful. The room furniture was shabby, tea coffee facilities within the room were very very poor, one sachet of coffee each, one milk, one sugar, nothing else no choice. Could only just walk around the bed, the picture on the web site, makes the rooms look quite large, yet only just enough size to fit the bed in. |

We were there only one night. We have stayed at the hotel before. The Staff were pleasant and helpful and breakfast was good. The room 219 was painfully small. The bed was 4' wide and only enough room to pass by. The door to the shower room had no handle and did not close properly and as this was within inches of the bed - not at all private. The room was also next to the lift which kept us awake from about 5 in the morning. We did not complain as we were in a hurry and this was a stopover. However I think the cost of the room and the facilities were terrible and if we hadc been booked for more than one night would have requested a new room. As it is I would ask you to look into this and perhaps a credit or refund might be in order. My husband is 6' 4" and the room was very cramped and really is designed for one person only. |
