Yes everything, no beer at the bar and impossible to use drink voucher, room too warm lie a sauna, room key never worked so had to keep coming downstairs to get it re set and only 1 lift working which seldom went to requested floor, then no eye contact , explanation or apology for inconvenience, breakfast awful, had to keep asking for things that had run out- one morning no juice glasses and then10 mins wait, staff arrived out with 6 glasses for about 20 people, hot food was alwas cold, cereal was not fresh, it was soft so tasted disgusting. I could go on and on. |

There is nothing positive I can say The staff were rude, the decor very poor, food cold and very unpleasant. The hotel is dire need of refurbishment which any reviews have said oner the last nine years. In all a very bad experience, and not a cheap hotel at that. |

The location was good, the staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was sufficent, the swimming pool was quite nice It's really really hot, the room are very dirty, the hotel is extremly noisy and it needs some maintainance since it's very ruined. The price it's huge compared to what the hotel offers. Definately I will not come back and will not reccomand it to my friends |

The hotel is ideally situated and within walking distance to the main rail station, shops and of course Hyde Park. The hotel was a little tired and the breakfast could have been a little more varied - but it was sufficient for our stay and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. |

Staff was quite friendly but that is all positive what we can say about hotel. Room was cramped, hotel location misdescribed - it is much more than 3 minutes walk to Hyde Park, airco was istalled but didnt work so we had +30degC in room, carpet stained, TV old, small and with 10 programmes only, breakfast of terrible quality. All in all in it not 4 star hotel definitely - be ready for that. |

The foyer makes false promises about the standards of the rooms Room tired and neglected, carpet threadbare. restaurant staff appallingly unhelpful and ignored you. Complained, and had to do so twice. A basic backpackers hotel. |

Good location and staff, close to buses, tube, nice neighbourhood in Central London. Only one lift working, no tv program, room card-key wasn’t working properly, shower water pressure – um, what shower water pressure? |

Good location,convenient for transport.Breakfast arrangements were good.Check in / check out was fine. Bar arrangements were dreadful. No draught beer available in the height of summer! Lady on bar duty was engrossed in her computer and could barely bother to serve us ( her only two customers).There should be seating available outside the front of the hotel for people to enjoy a smoke/ a breath of fresh air/ and even a drink if the bar was open. |

The swimming pool was great and the breakfast good It was quite shabby in places and the room was very cramped, the carpet was stained and we could hear/feel trains rumbling. ok for one night! not four star! |

the location was fantastic, close to underground and area was really nice, a really nice vibe about it.. the room was quite small and when we asked to be moved, we were told nothing could be done til the following day when other staff in - bit strange! room was clean but carpet threadbare. breakfast v poor - had it one morning and went out for other 2 days! |

The staff was friendly and helpful. The decoration was pleasant and comfortable not modern and cold. The bed was comfortable. The room size was good. The hotel was quiet and breakfast was good. The breakfast room could look a little cheerier, brighter. |

Reception good, generally clean and tidy. It was not made clear that full English breakfast would not be available. The buffet breakfast was reasonable for what it was but not what I was expecting. Room small and bathroom was cramped and beginning to look "down at heel". Difficult to watch TV in bed due to position of TV. |

Firstly the staff on at reception should be able to communicate fluently in English.Secondly we were put in room 2 which was totally unacceptable, the noise of the underground was unbearable and the size of the room for two people as unacceptable. |
